【摘要】：日本在教育公平發(fā)展道路上,先后出現(xiàn)了"消除經濟方面的不利因素"和"消除能力方面的不利因素"兩個理念,后者經歷了由能力程度主義到能力發(fā)展保障主義的轉變。我國的義務教育均衡發(fā)展總體上看尚處于消除經濟方面不利因素的階段,屬于教育公平的初級階段�？墒�,我國擁有徹底實現(xiàn)教育公平的堅實基礎,借鑒日本的教育公平理念,最終實現(xiàn)義務教育均衡發(fā)展的道路在我國是十分可行的。
[Abstract]:On the road of equitable development of education in Japan, the two concepts of "eliminating the unfavorable factors in economy" and "eliminating the disadvantageous factors in the ability" have emerged successively, the latter has experienced the transformation from the ability degree doctrine to the ability development safeguard doctrine. On the whole, the balanced development of compulsory education in China is still in the stage of eliminating the unfavorable economic factors, and belongs to the primary stage of educational equity. However, our country has a solid foundation for realizing education equity thoroughly. It is very feasible in our country to draw lessons from the Japanese concept of education equity and finally realize the balanced development of compulsory education.
