【摘要】：中國(guó)教育在適應(yīng)學(xué)生未來(lái)工作和生活等方面的需要上表現(xiàn)如何?為了回應(yīng)這一問(wèn)題,本文采用上海的PISA問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)及ATSCHL指數(shù)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)分析,并探索了影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),與其他國(guó)家相比,上海的學(xué)校教育適應(yīng)性較低。探討其影響因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)增加學(xué)校教學(xué)資源的投入能顯著增加教育的適應(yīng)性;但成績(jī)導(dǎo)向的評(píng)價(jià)制度卻產(chǎn)生顯著的負(fù)向作用。此外,不同群體學(xué)生對(duì)教育適應(yīng)性的看法表現(xiàn)出差異,這包括性別、家庭背景和學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)上的不同。
[Abstract]:How does Chinese education perform in meeting the needs of students' future work and life? In order to respond to this problem, the data of Shanghai PISA questionnaire and ATSCHL index are used to evaluate and analyze the factors. The study found that, compared with other countries, Shanghai's school education adaptability is lower. It is found that increasing the input of school teaching resources can significantly increase the adaptability of education, but the performance-oriented evaluation system has a significant negative effect. In addition, different groups of students showed different views on educational adaptability, including gender, family background and academic achievement.
