無(wú)意識(shí)教育在大學(xué)生心理健康教育中的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生規(guī)模隨著我國(guó)教育的發(fā)展迅速擴(kuò)大,大學(xué)生心理健康教育成為黨和政府高度關(guān)注的教育問(wèn)題。該背景下,無(wú)意識(shí)教育逐漸成為一種有力的教育力量受到人們的認(rèn)可。本文立足于新形勢(shì)下心理健康教育方式的改革創(chuàng)新,從認(rèn)知心理學(xué)無(wú)意識(shí)加工研究的不斷深入以及心理健康教育的科學(xué)定位入手,以增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育實(shí)效為落腳點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)針對(duì)無(wú)意識(shí)教育的內(nèi)涵、特征、實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑、增強(qiáng)心理健康教育實(shí)效的重要性等進(jìn)行研究和探討。大學(xué)生心理健康教育中的無(wú)意識(shí)教育,是根據(jù)大學(xué)生身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn),以心理學(xué)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),將心理健康教育內(nèi)容滲透到教育載體或教育活動(dòng)中,學(xué)生在潛移默化中接受心理健康教育,促進(jìn)其培養(yǎng)良好心理素質(zhì)及塑造健全的人格。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)高校多采取課堂教學(xué)、講座等有意識(shí)心理健康教育途徑。有意識(shí)教育與無(wú)意識(shí)教育有著相互對(duì)立又相互依存的辯證關(guān)系,與有意識(shí)教育相比,無(wú)意識(shí)教育具有隱蔽性、滲透性、依附性、愉悅性、深遠(yuǎn)廣泛性等特性,更符合大學(xué)生心理發(fā)展特點(diǎn)及大學(xué)生對(duì)心理健康教育的需求;與此同時(shí),無(wú)意識(shí)教育也符合當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校心理健康教育發(fā)展要求以及社會(huì)形勢(shì)的需要,是促進(jìn)我國(guó)特色大學(xué)生心理健康教育發(fā)展的重要途徑。通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生的調(diào)查、對(duì)專(zhuān)家學(xué)者的訪談、案例分析以及無(wú)意識(shí)教育與有意識(shí)教育之間的辯證關(guān)系分析,綜合得出通過(guò)無(wú)意識(shí)與有意識(shí)教育相結(jié)合、活動(dòng)與文化載體無(wú)意識(shí)教育、教師及優(yōu)秀人物的人格無(wú)意識(shí)教育、網(wǎng)絡(luò)無(wú)意識(shí)教育等實(shí)踐途徑來(lái)開(kāi)展心理健康教育,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生心理健康教育實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of education in China, the mental health education of college students has become a high concern of the Party and the government. In this context, unconscious education has gradually become a kind of powerful educational power recognized by people. Based on the reform and innovation of mental health education under the new situation, this paper starts with the deepening research of unconscious processing of cognitive psychology and the scientific orientation of mental health education, aiming at strengthening the actual effect of psychological health education of college students. This paper focuses on the research and discussion of the connotation, characteristics, ways of realization of unconscious education and the importance of enhancing the effectiveness of mental health education. The unconscious education in the psychological health education of college students is based on the psychological theory, which permeates the content of the psychological health education into the educational carrier or educational activities, according to the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development. Students receive mental health education in imperceptible ways to promote their cultivation of good psychological quality and shape sound personality. For a long time, colleges and universities have adopted conscious mental health education methods such as classroom teaching and lectures. Compared with conscious education, unconscious education has the characteristics of concealment, permeability, dependence, pleasure, and extensiveness. At the same time, unconscious education also meets the needs of the development of mental health education and the needs of the social situation in colleges and universities in China. It is an important way to promote the development of mental health education for college students with Chinese characteristics. Through the investigation of college students, interviews with experts and scholars, case analysis and dialectical analysis of the relationship between unconscious education and conscious education, it is concluded that through the combination of unconscious and conscious education, Activities and culture carrier unconscious education, teachers and outstanding personage of personality unconscious education, network unconscious education to carry out mental health education, to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education for college students.
