無(wú)意識(shí)教育在大學(xué)生心理健康教育中的實(shí)踐研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of education in China, the mental health education of college students has become a high concern of the Party and the government. In this context, unconscious education has gradually become a kind of powerful educational power recognized by people. Based on the reform and innovation of mental health education under the new situation, this paper starts with the deepening research of unconscious processing of cognitive psychology and the scientific orientation of mental health education, aiming at strengthening the actual effect of psychological health education of college students. This paper focuses on the research and discussion of the connotation, characteristics, ways of realization of unconscious education and the importance of enhancing the effectiveness of mental health education. The unconscious education in the psychological health education of college students is based on the psychological theory, which permeates the content of the psychological health education into the educational carrier or educational activities, according to the characteristics of college students' physical and mental development. Students receive mental health education in imperceptible ways to promote their cultivation of good psychological quality and shape sound personality. For a long time, colleges and universities have adopted conscious mental health education methods such as classroom teaching and lectures. Compared with conscious education, unconscious education has the characteristics of concealment, permeability, dependence, pleasure, and extensiveness. At the same time, unconscious education also meets the needs of the development of mental health education and the needs of the social situation in colleges and universities in China. It is an important way to promote the development of mental health education for college students with Chinese characteristics. Through the investigation of college students, interviews with experts and scholars, case analysis and dialectical analysis of the relationship between unconscious education and conscious education, it is concluded that through the combination of unconscious and conscious education, Activities and culture carrier unconscious education, teachers and outstanding personage of personality unconscious education, network unconscious education to carry out mental health education, to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education for college students.
