大學(xué)生在線心理需求滿足與手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的:探討大學(xué)在線心理需求滿足與手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用行為之間的關(guān)系。方法:2014年4-6月采用心理測(cè)量法對(duì)1488名在校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)量。結(jié)果:(1)手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用總均值為(2.749±0.552)分,5個(gè)因子得分均值分別為戒斷反應(yīng)(2.569±0.841)分、情緒調(diào)節(jié)(3.108±0.853)分、社會(huì)功能(2.705±0.774)分、耐受性(2.431±0.875)分、使用時(shí)間(3.204±0.830)分,31.04%的研究對(duì)象有手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用傾向。(2)低、高在線心理需求滿足組在手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用行為量表的戒斷反應(yīng)得分分別為(2.343±0.753)、(3.020±0901)分,情緒調(diào)節(jié)得分分別為(2.760±0.802)、(3.458±0.878)分,社會(huì)功能得分分別為(2.600±0.810)、(2.733±0.771)分,耐受性得分分別為(2.326±0.776)、(2.574±0.720),使用時(shí)間得分分別為(3.125±0.834)、(3.555±0.645),手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用總分得分分別為(2.560±0.521)、(2.991±0.496),戒斷反應(yīng)、情緒調(diào)節(jié)、耐受性、使用時(shí)間4個(gè)因子和總分得分高在線心理需求滿足組明顯高于低在線心理需求滿足組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。(3)自我提升、成就感、休閑娛樂、角色扮演和在線心理需求滿足總分與整體自尊呈明顯正相關(guān)(均P0.05);人際交往、成就感、休閑娛樂、角色扮演、自主性和在線心理需求滿足總分與手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用呈明顯正相關(guān)(均P0.05)。(4)自尊對(duì)手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用行為有明顯負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)作用(t=-6.999,P0.01);人際交往、成就感、休閑娛樂、自主性和在線心理需求滿足總分對(duì)手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用有直接正向預(yù)測(cè)作用(t=2.346,P=0.019)、(t=6.227,P0.01)、(t=3.689,P0.01)、(t=2.550,P=0.011)、(t=7.818,P0.01)。(5)整體自尊在在線心理需求滿足與手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用行為間起部分中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)論:高在線心理需求滿足組大學(xué)生更易產(chǎn)生手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用行為,通過合理的在線社交媒體使用提高自尊水平可以抑制手機(jī)移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)過度使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between college online psychological needs and mobile network use behavior. Methods: from April to June 2014, 1488 college students were measured by psychological measurement. Results: (1) the total mean value of mobile network overuse was (2.749 鹵0.552), the mean scores of five factors were (2.569 鹵0.841), emotional regulation (3.108 鹵0.853), social function (2.705 鹵0.774), tolerance (2.431 鹵0.875), and the average scores of five factors were (2.569 鹵0.841), (3.108 鹵0.853), (2.705 鹵0.774) and (2.431 鹵0.875), respectively. (2) the withdrawal response score of mobile network using behavior scale was (2.343 鹵0.753), (3.020 鹵0901, and the emotion regulation score was (2.760 鹵0.802), (3.458 鹵0.878) in the low and high online psychological needs satisfaction group, which had (3.204 鹵0.830) scores and (2.760 鹵0.802), (3.458 鹵0.878) respectively. Social function score was (2.600 鹵0.810), (2.733 鹵0.771), tolerance score was (2.326 鹵0.776), (2.574 鹵0.720), usage time score was (3.125 鹵0.834), (3.555 鹵0.645), total score of mobile network overuse was (2.560 鹵0.521), (2.991 鹵0.496), abstinence response, emotion regulation, tolerance, and tolerance were (3.125 鹵0.834), (3.555 鹵0.645). Using time 4 factors and total score high online psychological demand satisfaction group was significantly higher than low online psychological demand satisfaction group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). (3), self-improvement, sense of achievement, leisure and entertainment. The total scores of role-playing and online psychological demand satisfaction were positively correlated with overall self-esteem (P0.05); interpersonal communication, sense of achievement, leisure and entertainment, role-playing, The total scores of autonomy and online psychological demand satisfaction were positively correlated with the overuse of mobile network (P0.05). (4). Self-esteem had a negative predictive effect on mobile network overuse behavior (TV-6.999P0.01), interpersonal communication, sense of achievement, leisure and entertainment. The total score of autonomy and online psychological demand satisfaction had a direct positive predictive effect on the over-use of mobile phone network (t2.346n /), (/ 0.019), (/ t = 6.227/ P0.01), (/ t = 3.689 / P0.01 /), (/ T2.550P0.011), (/ t = 7.818 / P0.01 /). (5). The overall self-esteem had a partial intermediary effect between the satisfaction of online psychological needs and the over-use of mobile phone network. Conclusion: college students with high online psychological needs are more likely to overuse mobile networks and to increase their self-esteem through rational online social media use can restrain the excessive use of mobile networks.
