反思與重建:創(chuàng)客教育的實踐路徑

【摘要】:創(chuàng)客教育掀起了一股席卷全球的教育變革浪潮,被視為撬動傳統(tǒng)教育的支點,但在實踐中存在表面化、學科化、技術化等誤區(qū)。創(chuàng)客教育是創(chuàng)客文化在教育領域的投射,是學校踐行"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的關鍵路徑,其核心價值體現在:突破過于注重知識與技能的育人目標,聚焦21世紀核心素養(yǎng);突破過于強調學科本位的課程結構,倡導跨學科課程統(tǒng)整;突破過于強調教師主導的教學結構,注重學習方式變革。創(chuàng)客教育的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,需要重構學習方式,讓學習在真實情境中自然發(fā)生;需要重建課程體系,讓知識在課程統(tǒng)整中融會貫通;需要重塑學校功能,讓教育在跨界協同中煥發(fā)生機。
[Abstract]:The creation of guest education has set off a wave of educational reform sweeping the whole world, which is regarded as the fulcrum of crowning traditional education, but there are some misunderstandings in practice, such as superficial, disciplinary and technical. The education of creating guest is the projection of the culture of creation and guest in the field of education. It is the key path for schools to practice "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". Its core value is reflected in: breaking through the educational goal of paying too much attention to knowledge and skills, and focusing on the core accomplishment of the 21st century; The breakthrough puts too much emphasis on the subject-based curriculum structure and advocates the integration of the cross-disciplinary curriculum. The breakthrough emphasizes too much on the teacher-led teaching structure and on the reform of the learning style. The healthy and sustainable development of creator-oriented education requires the reconstruction of the learning style so that learning can occur naturally in the real context, the reconstruction of the curriculum system and the integration of knowledge in the whole curriculum, and the need to reshape the functions of the school. Let the education in the cross-boundary coordination of vitality.
