【摘要】：正臨床實(shí)習(xí)是護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生從學(xué)校進(jìn)入社會的學(xué)習(xí)階段,也是學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷中不可缺少的時期~[1],當(dāng)生活方式、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境以及社會關(guān)系等方面發(fā)生了較大的變化時學(xué)生易產(chǎn)生不適應(yīng)的心理~[2]。加之近些年醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張,必然導(dǎo)致護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)時易產(chǎn)生不同程度的心理壓力。有報道顯示,護(hù)理人員自身心理健康程度與其護(hù)理質(zhì)量呈正相關(guān)~[3]。為了解護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生在實(shí)習(xí)時的心理健康狀況,以便提供針對性的心理健康疏導(dǎo)。筆者于2016年1月對安徽省護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)
[Abstract]:Clinical practice is not only the learning stage of nursing students from school to society, but also the indispensable period of learning experience. When the learning environment and social relations have changed a lot, students are apt to produce unsuitable psychology. In addition, the tension between doctors and patients in recent years will inevitably lead to psychological pressure of different degrees when nursing students practice. It was reported that there was a positive correlation between nursing staff's mental health and nursing quality.
