【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中鄉(xiāng)村教育治理現(xiàn)代化是指立足全球化和新型城鎮(zhèn)化的當(dāng)下場(chǎng)境,在對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)教育的比較差異、鄉(xiāng)村文化的豐富蘊(yùn)含與實(shí)踐特征進(jìn)行全面把握的基礎(chǔ)上,充分利用現(xiàn)代文明、借鑒新興技術(shù),多元主體協(xié)同治理鄉(xiāng)村教育的過程。新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中鄉(xiāng)村教育治理面臨著治理價(jià)值取向偏失、治理主體單一化、治理力量碎片化、治理過程形式化、治理環(huán)境惡劣化等復(fù)雜問題。走出鄉(xiāng)村教育治理困境需要推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村教育治理現(xiàn)代化,即促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村教育治理理念現(xiàn)代化、治理目標(biāo)現(xiàn)代化、治理主體現(xiàn)代化、治理機(jī)制現(xiàn)代化以及治理環(huán)境現(xiàn)代化。
[Abstract]:In the process of new urbanization, the modernization of rural education governance is based on globalization and urbanization, on the basis of a comprehensive grasp of the comparative differences between urban and rural education, the rich implication and practical characteristics of rural culture. Make full use of modern civilization, draw lessons from emerging technology, and manage the process of rural education in cooperation with multiple subjects. In the process of new urbanization, rural education governance is faced with some complicated problems, such as the deviation of governance value orientation, the simplification of governance subject, the fragmentation of governance power, the formalization of governance process and the abominable environment. It is necessary to push forward the modernization of rural education governance, that is, to promote the modernization of rural educational governance concept, the modernization of governance objectives, the modernization of governance subjects, the modernization of governance mechanism and the modernization of governance environment.
