我國農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育不勝任教師評(píng)價(jià)考核的調(diào)查研究
[Abstract]:Over the years, the development of education in China, whether basic or higher education, students, parents and the whole society has put forward higher and more comprehensive requirements on the level of teachers. The promotion of rural teachers' quality, which is the main part of compulsory education teachers in China, has become a hot topic in the field of education, and teacher balance plays a very important role in the balanced development of education. But at present, there are still some unqualified teachers in rural areas in our country, and the evaluation and examination and withdrawal mechanism of teachers are not fully established, which to a great extent hinders the development of rural compulsory education. Only by establishing an effective evaluation and withdrawal mechanism of teachers can we promote the development of basic education. In addition to the introduction, this paper is composed of four parts: the first part introduces the research design of this paper, the research methods adopted in this study are literature method, questionnaire method and interview method; The survey data are the principal questionnaire data and interview data of China Rural Education Research Institute; cluster analysis method is used in sample extraction; the sample name in this paper is treated anonymously. Are represented by code. In the second part, the author analyzes the status quo of the incompetent teachers' evaluation and assessment by questionnaire data and interview data, and presents them in the form of charts. The contents of the investigation include the evaluation criteria for rural compulsory education teachers, the evaluation and assessment system (the subject, frequency, content and application of the results of evaluation), the incompetence of teachers (what proportion of teachers are not qualified), Where are teachers incompetent and how these teachers are dealt with) and the difficulties faced by local governments when they are dismissed or dismissed as incompetent teachers. In the third part, the author combines the relevant education policy of our country and the American unqualified teachers' appraisal and exiting experience, and expounds emphatically the problems existing in the current rural compulsory education incompetent teachers' evaluation and examination in our country. The fourth part, in view of the rural compulsory education incompetent teacher appraisal and the exiting question, proposed the pertinence, the feasible countermeasure suggestion. These countermeasures and suggestions include: to formulate the evaluation and assessment criteria applicable to the identification of incompetent teachers; to perfect the evaluation and assessment system for incompetent teachers; and to scientifically use the results of evaluation of incompetent teachers.
