虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的公共知識管理研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, all kinds of information changes endlessly, such as the network covers the development of people's learning, people are more and more accustomed to the convenience brought by the network technology, which has brought great impact to the traditional way of life learning. In the process of learning, the mode of "teaching and learning" between educators and learners has also changed. In this situation, the virtual learning community emerges as the times require. For educators and learners of the teaching process and learning process to provide the most suitable place. It eliminates the threshold of entry, every member who has acquired community identity can publish information, but everything has two sides. The characteristics of easy to release information easily bring information knowledge overload to virtual learning community. In order to make the virtual learning community run and develop healthily, to give the community members a better learning experience, and also to enable the public knowledge of the virtual learning community to be smoothly acquired, integrated, internalized and applied, This paper draws lessons from the research results of "knowledge management" and "public knowledge management" at home and abroad, and introduces the theories of knowledge classification, knowledge transformation and knowledge sharing in the study of public knowledge management in virtual learning community. According to the concept proposed in this paper, the model is constructed, the model is modified, and the optimal model is obtained. Some suggestions are put forward to promote public knowledge management in virtual learning community, so that learners can use knowledge to the maximum extent and promote knowledge innovation. It is divided into the following parts: the first part analyzes the research background, describes the "virtual learning community" and "public knowledge management" at home and abroad, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the research ideas; The second part combs the concept and characteristics of "virtual learning community", "public knowledge management" and the theoretical basis of public knowledge management in virtual learning community. It mainly includes constructivism learning theory and SECI knowledge management model. In the third part, according to the analysis of the influencing factors of virtual learning community by many scholars and the process of public knowledge management, the author concludes that the main factors influencing virtual learning community are "learner factor" and "teacher factor". "knowledge itself", "technical factor", "community cultural environment factor", "public knowledge management" is divided into "public knowledge acquisition", "public knowledge collation", "public knowledge internalization", "Public knowledge application innovation" four processes. According to the influence of these factors on the management process, the initial model of the influence of the internal elements of the virtual learning community on the public knowledge management process is constructed. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of virtual learning community public knowledge management model. First, 16 hypotheses are put forward, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed by using SPSS. Then, the multiple regression analysis of each dimension is made, the correlation between each dimension is analyzed, and the validity of the hypothesis is preliminarily analyzed. Then the model is preliminarily fitted with AMOS software, and the model is revised according to the revised index of the model, and two rejected hypotheses are removed, and the final model is obtained. The fifth part is according to the model from the public knowledge acquisition, collation, internalization, application innovation proposed to promote the virtual learning community public knowledge effective management proposals; the sixth part of the summary and prospects.
