【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展日新月異,各類訊息變化不休,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)一樣覆蓋著人們的學(xué)習(xí)發(fā)展,人們也越來越習(xí)慣網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)帶來的便利,這對傳統(tǒng)的生活學(xué)習(xí)方式帶來了巨大的沖擊。在學(xué)習(xí)過程中,教育者與學(xué)習(xí)者之間“教與學(xué)”的進(jìn)行方式也發(fā)生了改變,在這種形勢下,虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,為教育者與學(xué)習(xí)者的教學(xué)過程和學(xué)習(xí)過程提供了一個最適合的場所。它消除了進(jìn)入門檻,每個已經(jīng)獲取社區(qū)身份的成員都可以發(fā)布信息,但任何事物都具有兩面性,信息易發(fā)布的特征很容易給虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)帶來信息知識過載的困擾。為了使虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)健康的運(yùn)行發(fā)展,給社區(qū)成員更好的學(xué)習(xí)體驗,也為了虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的公共知識能夠順利的獲得、整合、內(nèi)化、應(yīng)用,本文借鑒國內(nèi)外對“知識管理”與“公共知識管理”的研究成果,在對虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)公共知識管理的研究中引入知識分類思想、知識轉(zhuǎn)化理論、知識共享等相關(guān)理論,根據(jù)文中提出的概念構(gòu)建模型、修正模型,最終得出最適模型。提出促進(jìn)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)公共知識管理的建議,使學(xué)習(xí)者能最大程度地使用知識,促進(jìn)知識創(chuàng)新。具體分為以下幾個部分:第一部分分析了研究背景,并描述了“虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)”與“公共知識管理”國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)存問題,以此提出研究思路;第二部分根據(jù)查閱的參考文獻(xiàn)梳理了“虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)”、“公共知識”、“公共知識管理”的概念、特征以及虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)公共知識管理的理論基礎(chǔ),主要包括建構(gòu)主義學(xué)習(xí)理論與SECI知識管理模型等;第三部分根據(jù)眾多學(xué)者對虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的影響因素分析以及公共知識管理過程的分析總結(jié)出影響虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的因素主要有“學(xué)習(xí)者因素”、“教師因素”、“知識自身因素”、“技術(shù)因素”、“社區(qū)文化環(huán)境因素”五個維度;公共知識管理分為“公共知識獲取”、“公共知識整理”、“公共知識內(nèi)化”、“公共知識應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新”四個過程。根據(jù)這些因素對管理過程的影響,構(gòu)建了虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)內(nèi)部要素對公共知識管理過程影響的初始模型。第四部分是虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)公共知識管理模型的實證分析。首先提出16個假設(shè),并使用SPSS對問卷做了整體的信度和效度分析;后又對各個維度做了多元回歸分析,分析了各個維度之間的相關(guān)性,對假設(shè)正確與否做了初步分析。然后使用AMOS軟件對模型進(jìn)行了初步擬合,又根據(jù)模型修訂指標(biāo)修正了模型,去掉兩個被拒絕的假設(shè),得出最終模型。第五部分是根據(jù)模型從公共知識的獲取、整理、內(nèi)化、應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新方面提出了促進(jìn)虛擬學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)公共知識有效管理的建議;第六部分進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, all kinds of information changes endlessly, such as the network covers the development of people's learning, people are more and more accustomed to the convenience brought by the network technology, which has brought great impact to the traditional way of life learning. In the process of learning, the mode of "teaching and learning" between educators and learners has also changed. In this situation, the virtual learning community emerges as the times require. For educators and learners of the teaching process and learning process to provide the most suitable place. It eliminates the threshold of entry, every member who has acquired community identity can publish information, but everything has two sides. The characteristics of easy to release information easily bring information knowledge overload to virtual learning community. In order to make the virtual learning community run and develop healthily, to give the community members a better learning experience, and also to enable the public knowledge of the virtual learning community to be smoothly acquired, integrated, internalized and applied, This paper draws lessons from the research results of "knowledge management" and "public knowledge management" at home and abroad, and introduces the theories of knowledge classification, knowledge transformation and knowledge sharing in the study of public knowledge management in virtual learning community. According to the concept proposed in this paper, the model is constructed, the model is modified, and the optimal model is obtained. Some suggestions are put forward to promote public knowledge management in virtual learning community, so that learners can use knowledge to the maximum extent and promote knowledge innovation. It is divided into the following parts: the first part analyzes the research background, describes the "virtual learning community" and "public knowledge management" at home and abroad, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the research ideas; The second part combs the concept and characteristics of "virtual learning community", "public knowledge management" and the theoretical basis of public knowledge management in virtual learning community. It mainly includes constructivism learning theory and SECI knowledge management model. In the third part, according to the analysis of the influencing factors of virtual learning community by many scholars and the process of public knowledge management, the author concludes that the main factors influencing virtual learning community are "learner factor" and "teacher factor". "knowledge itself", "technical factor", "community cultural environment factor", "public knowledge management" is divided into "public knowledge acquisition", "public knowledge collation", "public knowledge internalization", "Public knowledge application innovation" four processes. According to the influence of these factors on the management process, the initial model of the influence of the internal elements of the virtual learning community on the public knowledge management process is constructed. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of virtual learning community public knowledge management model. First, 16 hypotheses are put forward, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed by using SPSS. Then, the multiple regression analysis of each dimension is made, the correlation between each dimension is analyzed, and the validity of the hypothesis is preliminarily analyzed. Then the model is preliminarily fitted with AMOS software, and the model is revised according to the revised index of the model, and two rejected hypotheses are removed, and the final model is obtained. The fifth part is according to the model from the public knowledge acquisition, collation, internalization, application innovation proposed to promote the virtual learning community public knowledge effective management proposals; the sixth part of the summary and prospects.
