【摘要】：2011年中國實施農(nóng)村義務教育階段學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃,將近6年時間該計劃取得了很大成就,農(nóng)村義務教育階段的學生營養(yǎng)水平得到了很大改善。但研究發(fā)現(xiàn),各地營養(yǎng)改善計劃運行機制中資金管理,食品安全,家長與老師營養(yǎng)認知,運行方式等方面還存在著一定的問題。通過對菲律賓學校營養(yǎng)提升計劃的調研、介紹與分析,提出應該向菲律賓"校園內(nèi)置農(nóng)業(yè)"、喂養(yǎng)補充與營養(yǎng)教育為基礎的營養(yǎng)提升綜合模式學習借鑒,該模式在改善學生營養(yǎng)、拓展農(nóng)業(yè)功能、保留作物多樣性、提高社會共識等方面取得很好成效。應借鑒菲律賓的經(jīng)驗,根據(jù)中國國情建立營養(yǎng)改善綜合運營模式、精準識別的實施方案、監(jiān)察制度、把校園內(nèi)置農(nóng)業(yè)作為營養(yǎng)知識學習和分享的平臺,以提高農(nóng)村學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃的實施效率和效果,為促進農(nóng)村發(fā)展和國家未來發(fā)展奠定人力資本根基。
[Abstract]:In 2011, China implemented the Rural compulsory Education stage Student Nutrition improvement Plan, nearly 6 years this plan has obtained the very big achievement, the countryside compulsory education stage student nutrition level has obtained the very big improvement. But the study found that there are still some problems in fund management food safety parents and teachers' nutrition cognition and operation mode in the operation mechanism of nutrition improvement plan. Through the investigation, introduction and analysis of the Philippine school nutrition promotion plan, it is suggested that the comprehensive model of nutrition promotion based on "campus built-in agriculture", feeding supplement and nutrition education should be used for reference, which is improving the nutrition of students. Good results have been achieved in expanding agricultural functions, preserving crop diversity and enhancing social consensus. We should draw lessons from the experience of the Philippines, establish a comprehensive operational model for nutrition improvement in accordance with China's national conditions, accurately identify the implementation plan, monitor the system, and use built-in agriculture on campus as a platform for learning and sharing nutrition knowledge. In order to improve the efficiency and effect of rural students' nutrition improvement plan, the foundation of human capital can be laid for promoting the rural development and the future development of the country.
