基于翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式的《導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)》教學(xué)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,教育逐步進(jìn)入了信息化時(shí)代。信息技術(shù)不僅加快了教育信息化進(jìn)程,提高了教育現(xiàn)代水平,不斷的更新人才培養(yǎng)觀念,更逐漸變革著傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式。一種將知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)置于課前,知識(shí)內(nèi)化置于課上,知識(shí)鞏固置于課后三環(huán)節(jié)的區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)課堂上、課堂下二環(huán)節(jié)的教學(xué)模式——翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并受到越來越多教育者的推崇和青睞!按蟊娐糜巍睍r(shí)代下旅游業(yè)快速發(fā)展,對(duì)于奔波在旅游業(yè)第一線的主力軍——導(dǎo)游人員的貢獻(xiàn)不可或缺。高校作為導(dǎo)游人員重要的輸出地,承擔(dān)著為旅游市場(chǎng)培養(yǎng)所需高素質(zhì)導(dǎo)游人員的義務(wù)與職責(zé)。本文基于翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式對(duì)《導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)》教學(xué)展開研究。在研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,首先,對(duì)教學(xué)模式、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式做了概念界定。其次,分別對(duì)開展《導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)》課程教學(xué)的遼寧五所高校14級(jí)、15級(jí)旅游管理專業(yè)的學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,并對(duì)部分教師展開訪談,以此對(duì)獲得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理與分析。然后,對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式的課堂前知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)、課堂中知識(shí)內(nèi)化、課堂后知識(shí)鞏固的環(huán)節(jié)與流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。最后,根據(jù)以上研究,以全陪導(dǎo)游一日游工作服務(wù)規(guī)程與服務(wù)質(zhì)量為教學(xué)案例進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用,作為《導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)》翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式范例,以此為旅游管理專業(yè)《導(dǎo)游業(yè)務(wù)》教學(xué)提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, education has gradually entered the information age. Information technology not only speeds up the process of educational informatization, but also improves the modern level of education, constantly updates the concept of talent training, and gradually changes the traditional teaching mode. One is to put the knowledge learning before the class, the knowledge internalization is placed in the class, the knowledge consolidation is placed in the three links after the class is different from the traditional classroom, the teaching mode of the two links under the classroom-flipping classroom arises at the historic moment. And by more and more educators praise and favor. The rapid development of tourism in the age of "mass tourism" is indispensable to the contribution of tour guides, the main force in tourism industry. As an important export place for tour guides, colleges and universities undertake the duties and responsibilities of cultivating high quality tour guides for the tourism market. Based on the flipping classroom teaching model, this paper studies the teaching of Tour Guide. On the basis of studying the current situation of flipping classroom teaching model at home and abroad, firstly, it defines the concept of teaching mode and flipping classroom teaching mode. Secondly, the students majoring in tourism management of grade 14 or grade 15 in five colleges and universities in Liaoning province were investigated by questionnaire, and some teachers were interviewed in order to sort out and analyze the data obtained. Then, the paper discusses in detail the pre-classroom knowledge learning, the internalization of the knowledge in the classroom, and the process of knowledge consolidation in the classroom. Finally, according to the above research, the service rules and service quality of full-time tour with tour guide are taken as teaching cases to carry on the application of flipping classroom teaching design, which can be used as a model of flipping classroom teaching mode of "tour guide business". In this way, it can be used for reference and reference for the tourism management specialty "Tour Guide Business" teaching.
