中小學與大學思想政治教育目標銜接研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育不僅僅是學校教育的主要構成要素,與此同時,也是一項需要社會、家庭一同參與的、復雜的工程。這一工程需要社會、學校、家庭思想政治教育做到橫向緊密聯(lián)系,同時,也要做到小學、中學、大學的縱向有序聯(lián)系。中小學和大學這兩個階段的思想政治教育是這一工程內(nèi)的重要階段,這兩個階段的思想政治教育工作必須要結構上、內(nèi)容上緊密聯(lián)系,順暢連接,但是,在實際的教育過程中,卻存在銜接不暢、聯(lián)系不緊密的問題。大學與中小學思想政治教育在具體工作過程中存在嚴重的脫節(jié),使得思想政治教育系統(tǒng)被分裂開來,所以導致思想政治教育最終無法發(fā)揮預期的效用。為此本文以“中小學思想政治教育與大學思想政治教育的銜接”為研究主題,力求從學理上進行求證,與此同時,在充分采訪與調(diào)研多個學校之后,總結了中小學和大學思想政治教育銜接不暢的問題,并總結出問題形成的原因,最后提出我國中小學與大學思想政治教育目標銜接的完善策略?偟亩,本文主要研究內(nèi)容是:緒論中介紹了研究創(chuàng)新點、研究方法、國內(nèi)外研究情況、研究意義、研究目的等。而后主要論述了大學和中小學思想政治教育的相關概念、目標等,同時也解析了認知發(fā)展理論以及需求層次理論;對思想政治教育目標銜接進行必要性分析。接著是我國中小學與大學思想政治教育目標銜接調(diào)查分析:主要包括:我國中小學與大學思想政治教育目標銜接調(diào)查分析,主要包括調(diào)查問卷前期準備、調(diào)查問卷的問題設計與數(shù)據(jù)處理以及調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析等。然后是我國中小學與大學思想政治教育目標銜接存在的問題及原因:主要包括:我國中小學與大學思想政治教育目標銜接存在問題分析,主要包括德育目標的參與制定主體單一、德育目標的整體性差,層次不清、德育目標重視理論,忽視情感培養(yǎng)以及德育目標現(xiàn)實性與導向性脫離,而原因分析主要集中在應試教育體制弊端影響,德育地位認識偏離、德育目標制定主體各自為政,缺乏統(tǒng)一管理長效機制、德育體系大綱滯后,忽視學生主體地位、社會、學校與家庭德育目標整體統(tǒng)一性差等。最后是我國中小學與大學思想政治教育體系順暢銜接的對策,這些對策主要包含:為思想政治教育目標銜接構建完善的保障制度、建立思想政治教育目標的參與制度、將思想政治教育目標的導向性和現(xiàn)實性全面結合、優(yōu)化思想政治教育目標的層次和結構等。中小學和高校這兩個階段,是學生塑造世界觀、人生觀、價值觀的重要階段,因此,這兩個階段思想政治教育工作銜接的情況,會最終影響到學生掌握與學習思想政治知識的情況,同時也和我國社會是否能夠穩(wěn)定發(fā)展息息相關。所以,就要求這兩個階段的思想政治教育都必須構建全局性的發(fā)展思路,以發(fā)展的眼光來審視思想政治教育的目的與作用,理解思想政治教育內(nèi)容順暢銜接的關鍵作用,掌握思想政治教育內(nèi)容順暢銜接的核心要點。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is not only the main component of school education, but also a complex project that needs the participation of society and families. This project needs the close horizontal connection between society, school and family ideological and political education. At the same time, it also needs the vertical and orderly connection among primary school, middle school and university. The ideological and political education in these two stages is an important stage in this project. The ideological and political education in these two stages must be closely related in structure, content and smooth connection. There is a serious disconnect between the ideological and political education system and the ideological and political education system, so the ideological and political education can not play the expected role in the end. After interviewing and investigating many schools, this paper summarizes the problems of the poor connection between the ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools and universities, and summarizes the causes of the problems. Finally, it puts forward the perfect strategies of the connection between the ideological and political education goals in primary and secondary schools and universities in China. Methods, domestic and foreign research situation, research significance, research purposes, etc. and then mainly discusses the related concepts and objectives of Ideological and political education in universities and primary and secondary schools, but also analyzes the theory of cognitive development and hierarchy of needs theory; on the necessity of Ideological and political education goal cohesion. The investigation and analysis of the cohesion of the aims of political education in our country mainly include: the investigation and analysis of the cohesion of the aims of Ideological and political education in our country's primary and secondary schools and universities, mainly including the preparation of the questionnaire, the design of the questionnaire and the data processing and the data analysis of the questionnaire. The main problems and reasons are as follows: the analysis of the problems existing in the connection between the ideological and political education goals of primary and secondary schools and universities in China, mainly including the single participation in the formulation of the moral education goals, the poor integrity of the moral education goals, the unclear hierarchy, the emphasis on the theory of the moral education goals, the neglect of emotional cultivation and the separation of the reality and orientation of the moral education goals, and the reasons are divided into The analysis mainly concentrates on the influence of the drawbacks of the examination-oriented education system, the deviation of the cognition of the moral education status, the separation of the main body of the moral education goal-setting, the lack of a long-term mechanism of unified management, the lag of the outline of the moral education system, the neglect of the students'main body status, the poor unity of the moral education goals of the society, the school and the family, etc. These countermeasures mainly include: constructing a perfect guarantee system for the connection of Ideological and political education goals, establishing the participation system of Ideological and political education goals, combining the orientation and reality of Ideological and political education goals, optimizing the level and structure of Ideological and political education goals. The two stages are the important stages for students to mold their world outlook, outlook on life and values. Therefore, the connection between the two stages of Ideological and political education will ultimately affect students'mastery and learning of Ideological and political knowledge, and is closely related to the stability and development of our society. Ideological and political education must construct the overall development thinking, examine the purpose and role of Ideological and political education from the perspective of development, understand the key role of smooth convergence of Ideological and political education content, and grasp the key points of smooth convergence of Ideological and political education content.
