基于政府職能視角的大學生心理健康教育管理研究
[Abstract]:Contemporary college students are the hope and future of the nation. They undertake the important historical task of participating in international competition and rejuvenating China in the near future. They should have good personality psychological quality and self-esteem, self-love, self-discipline and self-improvement. Have strong psychological adjustment ability. As China is in the crucial period of perfecting the socialist market economic system and realizing the strategic goal of socialist modernization, the social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, and the social and cultural factors have undergone complex changes. Due to the influence of such complicated social and cultural factors, college students are faced with many subjects of life development and the characteristics of body and mind in the age stage in the process of growing up. Some college students have no way to cope with the pressure and frustration and appear the phenomenon of psychological imbalance. Therefore, the mental health education of college students has become an indispensable part of higher education, and its management is also an important part of higher education management. It is of great significance to do well the management of mental health education to promote the healthy growth of college students. Although colleges and universities in our country have extensively carried out psychological tests on college students, analyzed and studied the psychological conditions of college students, carried out psychological counseling activities, and educated and guided college students to constantly strengthen their psychological quality cultivation and exercise, However, unilateral efforts by colleges and universities alone cannot effectively help students solve all aspects of mental health problems, but also need cooperation and coordination from other social systems outside the university system. In particular, the full use of government public functions. From the perspective of government function, this paper applies the theory of public relations. Firstly, it analyzes the relevant theoretical concepts of government function and public service function, and positions the mental health education of college students as quasi public goods. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the attributes. Secondly, under the background of the change of government functions, the author expounds the development course of the management of college students' mental health education and the present situation of the management of college students' mental health education. The third is that the government should make full use of its public service function to improve and perfect the management of college students' mental health education, aiming at the problems existing in the management of college students' mental health education. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to promote the government to give full play to its public service function in the management of college students' mental health education, to ensure the smooth progress of the university students' mental health education work and to improve the effectiveness of the university students' mental health education work.
