【摘要】：本文通過石油大學(xué)(北京)蛙泳初級班100名初學(xué)女生的觀察、分析比較,認(rèn)為在游泳教學(xué)中重視學(xué)生的心理,把女生的心理特征作為教學(xué)研究的對象是必要的,并通過對初學(xué)女生怕水的特征、怕水心理的產(chǎn)生原因及表現(xiàn)等的分析,提出一定克服女生怕水心理的方法,以便在今后的教學(xué)中能夠正確地運(yùn)用心理學(xué)的規(guī)律去解釋教學(xué)中所出現(xiàn)的問題,從而消除女生的怕水心理,盡快掌握游泳技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Through the observation and comparison of 100 junior breaststroke girls in the breaststroke junior class of Petroleum University (Beijing), the author thinks that it is necessary to pay attention to the students' psychology in swimming teaching and take the psychological characteristics of female students as the object of teaching research. And through the analysis of the characteristics of fear of water, the causes and manifestations of the psychology of fear of water, the author puts forward some methods to overcome the mentality of fear of water for girls. In order to correctly use the law of psychology to explain the problems in teaching in the future, thus eliminating the female students' fear of water and mastering the swimming technique as soon as possible.
