焦點(diǎn)解決短程集體咨詢(xún)對(duì)研究生拖延行為的隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究

【摘要】:目的:探討焦點(diǎn)解決短程集體咨詢(xún)對(duì)改善研究生拖延行為的效果。方法:通過(guò)海報(bào)、微信公眾平臺(tái)等方式,招募存在拖延行為的研究生33人[Pure拖延量表(PPS)得分≥3.5分],隨機(jī)分入焦點(diǎn)解決短程集體咨詢(xún)組(n=16)和普通集體咨詢(xún)組(n=17),普通集體咨詢(xún)組脫落1人,均進(jìn)行3次集體咨詢(xún)(間隔時(shí)間為1周、1月),在基線(xiàn)期和干預(yù)1周、1月后,使用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我控制量表(SCS)、PPS評(píng)估干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果:SCS、PPS得分的組別和時(shí)間交互作用均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)單效應(yīng)分析表明,兩組基線(xiàn)期3個(gè)量表評(píng)分差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05);焦點(diǎn)解決短程集體咨詢(xún)組每次干預(yù)后的SCS得分均高于普通集體咨詢(xún)組,PPS得分均低于普通集體咨詢(xún)組。結(jié)論:焦點(diǎn)解決短程集體咨詢(xún)能夠持續(xù)、較為有效的提升自我控制,改善研究生的拖延行為。
