焦點解決短程集體咨詢對研究生拖延行為的隨機對照研究

【摘要】:目的:探討焦點解決短程集體咨詢對改善研究生拖延行為的效果。方法:通過海報、微信公眾平臺等方式,招募存在拖延行為的研究生33人[Pure拖延量表(PPS)得分≥3.5分],隨機分入焦點解決短程集體咨詢組(n=16)和普通集體咨詢組(n=17),普通集體咨詢組脫落1人,均進行3次集體咨詢(間隔時間為1周、1月),在基線期和干預1周、1月后,使用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我控制量表(SCS)、PPS評估干預效果。結果:SCS、PPS得分的組別和時間交互作用均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.01)。進一步簡單效應分析表明,兩組基線期3個量表評分差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05);焦點解決短程集體咨詢組每次干預后的SCS得分均高于普通集體咨詢組,PPS得分均低于普通集體咨詢組。結論:焦點解決短程集體咨詢能夠持續(xù)、較為有效的提升自我控制,改善研究生的拖延行為。
