基于弗洛伊德心理健康觀的大學(xué)生心理自我調(diào)節(jié)策略研究

【摘要】:通過SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對某高校大學(xué)生心理健康測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,分析結(jié)果表明:相比之社會其他人群,大學(xué)生并非心理問題的高危人群。并根據(jù)弗洛伊德的"健康人格模型",提出將心理學(xué)知識應(yīng)用于輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)操作,從學(xué)會正視并接納自己、學(xué)會愛和學(xué)會自主性學(xué)習(xí)三個方面引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生學(xué)會自我察覺、自我教育和自我調(diào)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The results of mental health test of college students were analyzed by SPSS software. The results showed that college students were not high risk groups of psychological problems compared with other social groups. According to Freud's "healthy Personality Model", it is proposed to apply psychological knowledge to the professional operation of counselors, and to guide college students to learn self-awareness from three aspects: learning to face and accept themselves, learning to love and learn to learn autonomously.
