特崗教師婚姻態(tài)度、工作滿意度與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:In order to carry out and implement the opinions of the CPC Central Committee on promoting the Construction of a New Socialist Countryside and encouraging the grassroots Employment of College graduates, aiming at the problems of weak teachers, unbalanced structure and low quality in the rural compulsory education at present, Since 2006, China has implemented the "Special post Program for School Teachers in the stage of compulsory Education in Rural areas" in the "two bases" counties in the west of China, and has openly recruited and selected outstanding college graduates to teach in schools in the stage of compulsory education in poverty-stricken areas. In the Rural teacher support Program (2015-2020) issued by the General Office of the State Council, it is pointed out that the scale of implementation of the special post plan should continue to be expanded. The country is paying more and more attention to the special post teachers, but the attention from the psychological level is not perfect. The retrieval literature found that the marriage problem of the special post teachers is the main factor of the special post teachers, most of the special post teachers are fresh graduates of colleges and universities. At the marriageable age, the problem of marriage also affects the job satisfaction and happiness of the teachers, so it is necessary to have a marriage attitude towards the teachers. The present situation of job satisfaction and subjective well-being and the relationship between them were discussed in order to improve the mental health of teachers. In the part of quantitative research, 275 special teachers were selected as experimental group and 171 ordinary teachers as control group. The data of variables were collected by Brateen's Marriage attitude scale (MAS), Feng Bolin's Job satisfaction scale and the National Center of Health Statistics' General subjective Well-being scale (GWB). On this basis, the author analyzes the present situation and demographics differences of teachers in marriage attitude, job satisfaction and subjective well-being, and makes a comparison with ordinary teachers. In the part of qualitative research, 13 teachers were interviewed by telephone to supplement the results of quantitative research. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1. The marriage attitude of special teachers is very positive, age, marital status, the intention to switch to other jobs, and demographic variables such as wage and income have significant effects on one or more dimensions of marriage attitude. The job satisfaction of special post teachers is generally at the middle and upper level, gender, whether normal school students, provinces, whether there is any intention to switch to other jobs, marital status, The demographic variables such as the different reasons for the special post teachers have a significant effect on one or more dimensions of job satisfaction. The total score of subjective well-being of male teachers is slightly lower than that of the national norm, and the total score of subjective well-being of female teachers is slightly higher than that of the national norm. The different reasons of being special teachers have significant influence on one or more dimensions of subjective well-being. The scores of "job intensity" and "leadership relationship" were significantly higher than those of ordinary teachers, and the scores of "self-marriage evaluation", "wage income" and "health concern" were significantly lower than those of normal teachers. There is a significant correlation among marriage attitude, job satisfaction and subjective well-being of teachers. Marriage attitude and job satisfaction have significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being. Job satisfaction plays an intermediary role between marital attitude and subjective well-being, that is, the marriage attitude of special teachers plays a role in subjective well-being through the intermediary of job satisfaction.
