我國教師專業(yè)道德建設(shè)的困境與出路

【摘要】:作為教師專業(yè)發(fā)展不可或缺的內(nèi)容,教師專業(yè)道德問題越來越受到人們的理論思考與實(shí)踐關(guān)注。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)教育情境中,人們對教師專業(yè)道德的認(rèn)識仍存在許多偏差,將教師專業(yè)道德與教師職業(yè)道德劃等號的現(xiàn)象屢見不鮮;诖,本研究首先明確了教師專業(yè)道德的內(nèi)涵與特征,意在將教師專業(yè)道德與教師職業(yè)道德予以合理區(qū)分;其次,梳理了新中國成立以來我國教師專業(yè)道德的發(fā)展歷史;再次,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包括教師專業(yè)道德內(nèi)容、發(fā)展階段、評價(jià)以及發(fā)展層次在內(nèi)的教師專業(yè)道德發(fā)展理論模型,對教師專業(yè)道德的本質(zhì)作了進(jìn)一步的說明。在對教師專業(yè)道德有了完整準(zhǔn)確的認(rèn)識之后,本研究分析了我國當(dāng)前教師專業(yè)道德發(fā)展面臨的主要困境,包括:教師職業(yè)道德仍在師德結(jié)構(gòu)中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位;教師工作的專業(yè)性不強(qiáng);社會發(fā)展的快速轉(zhuǎn)型給教師專業(yè)道德建設(shè)造成巨大沖擊;教師專業(yè)道德建設(shè)缺乏合宜的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和體系;教師專業(yè)道德缺乏有效的專業(yè)組織和制度保障五個(gè)方面。針對我國教師專業(yè)道德發(fā)展面臨的困境,本研究提出了優(yōu)化專業(yè)道德建設(shè)的五條可行性路徑,主要有:提高教師專業(yè)意識,確立教師專業(yè)道德的主體地位;國家應(yīng)為教師專業(yè)道德發(fā)展提供良好的社會環(huán)境;建立合理的教師專業(yè)道德評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和體系;積極借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn),完善我國教師專業(yè)道德建設(shè);將教師專業(yè)道德建設(shè)納入教師繼續(xù)教育體系。
[Abstract]:As an indispensable part of teachers' professional development, teachers' professional morality has been paid more and more attention to in theory and practice. However, in the actual educational situation, there are still many deviations in the understanding of teachers' professional morality, and the phenomenon of equating teachers' professional morality with teachers' professional ethics is common. Based on this, this study firstly clarifies the connotation and characteristics of teachers' professional morality, aiming to make a reasonable distinction between teachers' professional morality and teachers' professional ethics, secondly, combs the development history of Chinese teachers' professional morality since the founding of New China. Thirdly, this paper constructs a theoretical model of teacher professional moral development, which includes the content, development stage, evaluation and development level of teachers' professional morality, and further explains the essence of teachers' professional morality. After a complete and accurate understanding of teachers' professional morality, this study analyzes the main difficulties facing the development of teachers' professional morality in China, including: teachers' professional ethics still occupy a dominant position in the structure of teachers' ethics; Teachers' professional work is not professional, the rapid transformation of social development has caused a huge impact on teachers' professional moral construction, the teachers' professional moral construction is lack of appropriate evaluation standards and systems; Teachers' professional morality lacks effective professional organization and system guarantee. In view of the difficulties faced by the development of professional morality of teachers in China, this study puts forward five feasible ways to optimize the construction of professional morality, which are as follows: to improve teachers' professional consciousness and to establish the principal position of teachers' professional morality; The state should provide a good social environment for the development of teachers' professional morality, establish a reasonable evaluation standard and system of teachers' professional morality, actively learn from foreign experience, and improve the construction of teachers' professional morality in our country. The construction of teachers' professional morality should be brought into the system of teachers' continuing education.
