【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)全面深化改革的逐步推進(jìn),教育領(lǐng)域尤其是德育領(lǐng)域的改革也勢(shì)在必行。我們勢(shì)必要改變以往“零散”的改革理念,以學(xué)生身心發(fā)展為依據(jù),社會(huì)發(fā)展為需求,打破各學(xué)段之間的壁壘,將大中小學(xué)視為一個(gè)整體,建立大中小學(xué)德育銜接體系,從而為當(dāng)前教育領(lǐng)域的改革提供一條切實(shí)可行的解決路徑。大中小學(xué)德育銜接強(qiáng)調(diào)的是各個(gè)學(xué)段之間的連接貫通,致力于打破各個(gè)學(xué)段之間的壁壘,建立大中小學(xué)德育銜接體系。本文利用文獻(xiàn)法、比較分析與綜合研究研究方法,在厘清德育銜接概念的基礎(chǔ)上,探究大中小學(xué)德育銜接在德育諸要素如目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法、途徑、管理以及學(xué)校德育與家庭、社會(huì)德育互動(dòng)方面存在的問(wèn)題,深入分析影響德育銜接的原因,從而為促進(jìn)大中小學(xué)德育有效銜接提出切實(shí)可行的解決方案。筆者認(rèn)為,大中小學(xué)德育銜接的實(shí)現(xiàn)有賴于將大中小學(xué)視為一個(gè)系統(tǒng),從管理層面上建立頂層制度保障、中層學(xué)校管理、基層班級(jí)落實(shí)的三級(jí)管理體系,進(jìn)而在時(shí)間維度上提升小學(xué)、中學(xué)、大學(xué)的前后銜接水平,在空間維度上促進(jìn)學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)的良性互動(dòng)形成合力,力求從理論和實(shí)踐層面實(shí)現(xiàn)大中小學(xué)德育實(shí)效性的提升。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform in China, the reform in the field of education, especially in the field of moral education, is imperative. We are bound to change the idea of "piecemeal" reform in the past, take students' physical and mental development as the basis, social development as the demand, break down the barriers between the various school sections, regard the universities and primary schools as a whole, and establish a moral education link system between the universities and the primary and middle schools. So as to provide a practical solution for the current reform in the field of education. The connection of moral education in universities and primary schools emphasizes the connection between different learning sections and devotes itself to breaking down the barriers between different learning stages and establishing the linking system of moral education in universities and primary schools. By using the method of literature, comparative analysis and comprehensive research, on the basis of clarifying the concept of moral education cohesion, this paper probes into the elements of moral education, such as objectives, contents, methods, approaches, management, and school moral education and family. The problems existing in the interaction of social moral education and the causes that affect the connection of moral education are analyzed in depth so as to put forward practical solutions for promoting the effective connection of moral education in universities and primary schools. The author believes that the realization of moral education convergence in universities and primary schools depends on considering the universities and primary schools as a system, and establishing a three-level management system from the management level, which includes the top-level system, middle school management and the implementation of grass-roots classes. And then in the time dimension to promote the level of convergence between primary, secondary and university, in the spatial dimension to promote the positive interaction of schools, families, society to form a resultant force, and strive to achieve the theoretical and practical level of moral education in primary and secondary schools to improve the effectiveness of the actual effect.
