流動教師個體教育經(jīng)驗的改造
[Abstract]:The mobile teachers come to the new school for various reasons, and the new environment inevitably challenges their original educational experience. At the same time, in order to better adapt to the new environment and avoid the decline of teaching quality caused by the change of teaching object and teaching situation, mobile teachers need to adjust and reform their own individual education experience. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process of adjustment and transformation of mobile teachers' own educational experience, to analyze the necessity and feasibility of teachers' individual educational experience, and to explore the contents and approaches of individual teachers' educational experience transformation. The full text is divided into four parts, the content is summarized as follows: the first part of the introduction, combing the existing research found that the academic community is mainly from the macro aspects of the flow of teachers to discuss, Little attention is paid to the teaching effect and adaptability of mobile teachers. On the basis of the present research situation, this study determines the process of adjusting and reforming the individual educational experience of mobile teachers in order to adapt to the new educational and teaching environment under the background condition of teacher mobility. The second part of the research design, to determine the highly consistent with the study of the case study, and clear the selection of research objects, methods of data collection and research process. The third part analyzes the teaching experience that L teachers face in the course of flowing because of the new teaching object and teaching situation. Management experience and moral experience three challenges and their efforts to meet these challenges. The fourth part, based on the third part, analyzes the necessity of teachers' reform of individual educational experience from the external predicament and existing educational experience, and analyzes the characteristics of individual educational experience. On the premise of individual Educational experience Transformation and the orientation of individual Educational experience Transformation This paper discusses the contents of teachers' transformation of their own educational experience from three aspects: management experience and moral education experience, and further probes into the ways of reform, that is, "practice-introspection" and "dialogue and training".
