中美現(xiàn)行教師資格考試內(nèi)容比較研究

【摘要】:中美目前實(shí)行教師資格考試制度。教師資格考試內(nèi)容是教師資格考試的重要組成部分,是教師資格考試能否有效實(shí)施的決定性因素。截止目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外都有對(duì)于教師資格考試內(nèi)容的研究,但是還不夠系統(tǒng)及深入,因此對(duì)兩國(guó)的教師資格考試內(nèi)容進(jìn)行比較研究具有十分重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐意義。本研究采取的主要研究方法是文獻(xiàn)法、貝雷迪的比較四步法,同時(shí)又輔之以文本分析法、歷史研究法。本研究一方面對(duì)中美兩國(guó)教師資格考試內(nèi)容的發(fā)展歷史進(jìn)行梳理,總結(jié)兩國(guó)在教師資格考試內(nèi)容發(fā)展中的規(guī)律,另一方面對(duì)中美兩國(guó)現(xiàn)行教師資格考試內(nèi)容進(jìn)行多維度比較分析,以期從對(duì)兩國(guó)的教師資格考試內(nèi)容比較中獲取經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示。同時(shí)也對(duì)兩國(guó)中教師資格考試內(nèi)容所存在的問題進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了前瞻性建議。本研究共分五部分:第一部分為緒論部分,主要包括問題的提出、研究的目的意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、理論基礎(chǔ)和核心概念界定;第二部分深入分析兩國(guó)教師資格考試內(nèi)容發(fā)展歷程和原因;第三部分對(duì)兩國(guó)現(xiàn)行教師資格考試內(nèi)容做了具體闡述,以我國(guó)的全國(guó)統(tǒng)考考試內(nèi)容和美國(guó)的PraxisⅡ?yàn)槔?并且得出了兩國(guó)教師資格考試內(nèi)容的特點(diǎn);第四部分對(duì)兩國(guó)在教師資格考試內(nèi)容的制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、制定程序、測(cè)試目標(biāo)、呈現(xiàn)媒介、考試科目、題型、題量、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)八個(gè)維度中進(jìn)行比較分析;第五部分對(duì)兩國(guó)教師資格考試內(nèi)容進(jìn)行比較后進(jìn)行反思,得出了我國(guó)在教師資格考試內(nèi)容的制定中存在缺乏專業(yè)團(tuán)體的參與,考試內(nèi)容比較統(tǒng)一、考試科目和題量較少、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)太籠統(tǒng),缺乏課堂教學(xué)能力的考察等問題;而美國(guó)的教師資格考試內(nèi)容存在缺乏政府參與、題量過多、應(yīng)用范圍不夠廣泛等問題。我國(guó)需根據(jù)存在的問題并結(jié)合美國(guó)教師資格考試內(nèi)容的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)做以下調(diào)整:引入專業(yè)團(tuán)體、增加具有文化傳統(tǒng)的題目、適當(dāng)增加題量與考試科目等并且進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大實(shí)施范圍。
[Abstract]:China and the United States currently implement the teacher qualification examination system. The content of teacher qualification examination is an important part of teacher qualification examination and the decisive factor of whether teacher qualification examination can be implemented effectively. Up to now, there has been research on the content of teacher qualification examination at home and abroad, but it is not systematic and deep enough. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to compare the contents of teacher qualification examination between the two countries. The main research methods adopted in this study are literature method, Beretti's comparative four-step method, text analysis and historical research. On the one hand, this study combs the history of the development of teacher qualification examination in China and the United States, and summarizes the rules of the development of teacher qualification examination in the two countries. On the other hand, this paper makes a multi-dimensional comparative analysis of the contents of the current teacher qualification examination between China and the United States in order to obtain experience and inspiration from the comparison of the contents of the teacher qualification examination between the two countries. At the same time, the problems of teacher qualification examination in the two countries are analyzed, and some forward-looking suggestions are put forward. This research is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part, mainly includes the question raising, the purpose significance of the research, the literature review, the theoretical basis and the core concept definition; The second part deeply analyzes the development course and reason of the two countries' teacher qualification examination content, the third part makes a concrete exposition of the two countries' current teacher qualification examination content, taking the national unified examination content of our country and the Praxis 鈪,
