累積的教育質(zhì)量不平等:基于重點(diǎn)學(xué)校入學(xué)資格的視角

【摘要】:戶口和家庭居住地交互作用的城鄉(xiāng)教育質(zhì)量區(qū)域不平等在小學(xué)升初中階段顯著存在,在高中升大學(xué)階段更加顯著,在初中升高中階段則并不顯著;城鄉(xiāng)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源的累積效應(yīng)在各個學(xué)歷階段都顯著存在,其中,代內(nèi)層級迭代效應(yīng)始終穩(wěn)健并突出,代際傳遞效應(yīng)的表現(xiàn)形式則隨學(xué)歷階段的變化而不盡相同,但高學(xué)歷母親的代際傳遞效應(yīng)始終顯著;性別不平等主導(dǎo)的家庭教育資源稀釋效應(yīng)在農(nóng)村學(xué)生的各個學(xué)歷階段均顯著存在,農(nóng)村男性學(xué)生升入重點(diǎn)學(xué)校的概率始終高出女性學(xué)生。論文從促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展、深化高校招生制度改革、完善貧困家庭教育補(bǔ)償機(jī)制和消除農(nóng)村性別歧視四個方面提出了促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教育公平的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The regional inequality of urban and rural education quality in the interaction of hukou and family residence exists significantly in the stage of primary school to junior middle school, especially in the stage of senior middle school to university, but not in junior middle school to senior high school. The cumulative effect of quality educational resources in urban and rural areas is significant in every stage of education, among which, the iterative effect of intergenerational level is always stable and prominent, and the form of intergenerational transmission effect varies with the change of educational level. However, the effect of intergenerational transmission of mothers with higher education was always significant, and the dilution effect of family education resources dominated by gender inequality existed significantly in all education stages of rural students. Rural male students are always more likely to enter key schools than female students. The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the equity of urban and rural education from four aspects: promoting the balanced development of compulsory education, deepening the reform of enrollment system in colleges and universities, perfecting the education compensation mechanism of poor families and eliminating the gender discrimination in rural areas.
