【摘要】："互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"時代,越來越多的人將會以遠(yuǎn)程工作的方式進(jìn)行工作,以在線學(xué)習(xí)的方式進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。遠(yuǎn)程工作和在線學(xué)習(xí)是以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為代表的信息技術(shù)對于人類工作和學(xué)習(xí)方式深刻變革的結(jié)果,是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代社會發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物。筆者認(rèn)為遠(yuǎn)程工作和在線學(xué)習(xí)能夠促進(jìn)我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實驗室的發(fā)展。遠(yuǎn)程工作超越了時間和空間的限制,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)"畢業(yè)學(xué)生帶在校學(xué)生"的發(fā)展模式,既為畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提供深厚的人力資源,又為在校學(xué)生提供在校工作的機會;鑒于在校學(xué)生的工作能力,既需要對在遠(yuǎn)程工作中發(fā)生的學(xué)習(xí)活動進(jìn)行支持,又需要引入匹配學(xué)生能力的工作。筆者對此進(jìn)行了深入研究,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了在線工作-學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng),期望有助于我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實驗室的發(fā)展。為實現(xiàn)該想法,筆者通過文獻(xiàn)分析國內(nèi)外遠(yuǎn)程工作、在線學(xué)習(xí)、工作場學(xué)習(xí)的研究現(xiàn)狀,通過案例分析國內(nèi)外遠(yuǎn)程工作、在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺和應(yīng)用的功能結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)流程,以情境學(xué)習(xí)理論、杜威的"做中學(xué)"為理論支撐,以Rails5和HTML5為技術(shù)支持,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了在線工作-學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng),在遠(yuǎn)程工作和在線學(xué)習(xí)融合的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)對遠(yuǎn)程工作和在線學(xué)習(xí)的支持,基本上能夠支持團(tuán)隊在線溝通、項目在線協(xié)作、以問題為中心的教學(xué)資源建設(shè)和學(xué)習(xí)、對外提供軟件開發(fā)服務(wù)等功能。筆者以天津師范大學(xué)教育技術(shù)創(chuàng)新實驗室為試點,實施在線工作-學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)一步推廣到其他大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實驗室。
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet, more and more people will work in distance working and learn online. Distance work and online learning are the result of the profound changes of the information technology represented by the Internet to the way of human work and learning, and are the inevitable outcome of the social development in the Internet era. The author believes that distance work and online learning can promote the development of innovative laboratory for college students in China. Remote work surmounts the limitation of time and space, and can realize the development mode of "graduates with students in school", which not only provides profound human resources for graduates to start their own businesses, but also provides opportunities for students to work in school. In view of the students' working ability, it is necessary not only to support the learning activities in the distance work, but also to introduce the work that matches the students' ability. The author has carried on the thorough research to this, has designed and realized the on-line work- study system, hoped to be helpful to our country university student innovation laboratory development. In order to realize this idea, the author analyzes the current research situation of distance work, online learning, work field learning at home and abroad through literature, and analyzes the functional structure and business process of distance work, online learning platform and application through case studies at home and abroad. Based on situational learning theory, Dewey's "learning by doing", rails 5 and HTML5 as technical support, an online working-learning system is designed and implemented. On the basis of the integration of distance work and online learning, it can basically support team online communication, project online collaboration, problem-centered teaching resources construction and learning. Provide external software development services and other functions. Based on the educational technology innovation laboratory of Tianjin normal University, an online work- learning system is implemented, which is further extended to other university students' innovation laboratories.
