【摘要】：農村教育在當前城鄉(xiāng)二元分治結構及教育資源分配不均的情況下,陷入發(fā)展的內卷化狀況。從其形態(tài)看,制度缺陷、內在需求及農民組織化導致其內生型內卷化;城鄉(xiāng)壁壘、教育目標復制及雷同、精英階層的教育尋租導致其外源型內卷化。這兩種形態(tài)的內卷化均不利于農村教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,因此,需要通過新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展紅利、農村教育目標獨立性、增強農民群體在教育決策中的話語權、打破精英階層的教育尋租等措施來促進城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡化、一體化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, rural education falls into the situation of development under the condition of the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the uneven distribution of educational resources. From its shape, institutional defects, internal needs and farmers' organization lead to endogenous entomization; urban-rural barriers, education goal replication and similarity, elite education rent-seeking leads to its exogenous internal roll. These two forms are not conducive to the sustainable development of rural education. Therefore, through the development dividend of new urbanization, the independence of rural education goals, the farmers' right to speak in educational decision-making should be strengthened. To break the elite education rent-seeking and other measures to promote urban and rural education balance, integration development.
