【摘要】：目的比較兩岸大學(xué)生心理疾病公眾污名現(xiàn)狀及其責(zé)任歸因模型,為有效改善大學(xué)生心理健康水平提供參考。方法采用問(wèn)卷法,對(duì)從云南大學(xué)、昆明學(xué)院和中央大學(xué)、中原大學(xué)中分層抽取的326名大陸大學(xué)生與362名臺(tái)灣大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果兩地大學(xué)生心理疾病熟悉度得分比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。兩岸大學(xué)生心理疾病公眾污名在責(zé)任歸因、害怕、生氣、同情和幫助維度上差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為5.746,3.179,2.899,3.583,6.250,P值均0.01)。兩岸大學(xué)生的心理疾病公眾污名責(zé)任歸因模型擬合度均較好(大陸地區(qū)模型參數(shù):χ~2/df=1.617,GFI=0.994,NFI=0.979,CFI=0.992,RMSEA=0.044,CN=477.000;臺(tái)灣地區(qū)模型參數(shù):χ~2/df=1.881,GFI=0.997,NFI=0.996,CFI=0.998,RMSEA=0.049,CN=575.000)。兩岸大學(xué)生的心理疾病公眾污名均可通過(guò)責(zé)任歸因模型予以解釋,但大陸大學(xué)生對(duì)心理疾病的責(zé)任歸因既能直接影響行為,也能以情緒情感體驗(yàn)為中介間接影響行為;臺(tái)灣大學(xué)生對(duì)心理疾病的責(zé)任歸因只能以情緒情感體驗(yàn)為中介間接影響行為。結(jié)論與臺(tái)灣大學(xué)生相比,昆明大學(xué)生更傾向于將責(zé)任歸因于心理疾病患者,對(duì)患者更害怕、更生氣,更不同情,也更少愿意幫助。兩岸大學(xué)生的心理疾病公眾污名責(zé)任歸因模型存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the status quo and responsibility attribution model of college students' mental illness in both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and to provide reference for improving the mental health level of college students. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate 326 Chinese and 362 Taiwanese university students from Yunnan University, Kunming University, Central University and Zhongyuan University. Results there was no significant difference in the scores of mental illness familiarity between the two places (P 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the attribution of responsibility, fear, anger, sympathy and help (t = 5.7463.179C 2.899C 3.583C 6.250g, P = 0.01) in the public stigma of college students' mental illness on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. The attribution model of public stigma for mental illness of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait was well fitted (蠂 ~ 2 / df1.617 / GFI = 0.994 / 0.979 / RMSEAA 0.044 CNA 477.000, 蠂 ~ 2 / df1.881GGFI = 0.997NFI 0.998N / RMSEAA = 0.049CNE 575.000), and the model parameters of Taiwan area were as follows: 蠂 ~ 2 / d / df1.881g / GFI ~ (0.997N) CFI ~ (0.998N) CFI = 0.998N / r = 0.049CNA / F = 575.000). The public stigma of psychological illness of college students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait can be explained by the responsibility attribution model, but the attribution of responsibility for mental illness in mainland China can not only directly affect behavior, but also indirectly affect behavior through emotional and emotional experience. The attribution of college students' responsibility for mental illness can only indirectly affect behavior through emotional and emotional experience. Conclusion compared with Taiwanese college students, Kunming college students tend to attribute the responsibility to the patients with mental illness, and they are more afraid, angry, less sympathetic and less willing to help the patients. There are differences in the attribution models of the public stigma of psychological illness between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.
