【摘要】：通過(guò)MOOCs開展大規(guī)模師資培訓(xùn)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代提升教師教學(xué)能力的重要途徑。為了使MOOCs的開發(fā)更適應(yīng)教師的學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn),就必須深入研究教師學(xué)習(xí)MOOCs規(guī)律。以"愛課程"網(wǎng)教師教學(xué)能力提升類MOOC課程《微課設(shè)計(jì)與制作》為樣本,通過(guò)對(duì)本門課程典型豐富的學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)據(jù),即學(xué)員注冊(cè)率和完成率、學(xué)習(xí)資源的使用情況及課程討論區(qū)的互動(dòng)行為等進(jìn)行分析,揭示教師學(xué)習(xí)MOOCs的行為特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,并據(jù)此改進(jìn)課程的設(shè)計(jì)方法與設(shè)計(jì)原則,提出了提高此類課程開發(fā)質(zhì)量的針對(duì)性建議,推動(dòng)教師培訓(xùn)課程的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Large-scale teacher training through MOOCs is an important way to improve teachers' teaching ability in the network age. In order to adapt the development of MOOCs to the characteristics of teachers' learning, it is necessary to study the rules of MOOCs. Based on the "Love course" network teachers' teaching ability promotion MOOC course "Microcourse Design and production" as a sample, through the typical rich learning data of this course, that is, the enrollment rate and the completion rate. By analyzing the use of learning resources and the interactive behavior of curriculum discussion area, this paper reveals the characteristics and rules of teachers' learning MOOCs, and improves the design method and design principle of curriculum. Some suggestions on how to improve the quality of this kind of courses are put forward to promote the sustainable development of teacher training courses.
