【摘要】：正"從教書匠成為教育家"是社會(huì)對教師提出的新要求,而教育科研是教師跨越"教書匠"成為教育家的橋梁!教育科研能促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化水平的提升,使教師在研究中基于課標(biāo)和教材對學(xué)科知識進(jìn)行重構(gòu),不斷改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)實(shí)踐;促使教師教育科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的形成,使教師的教學(xué)從單純的知識傳授轉(zhuǎn)化為對學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng),激發(fā)教師內(nèi)在潛能和創(chuàng)造力,形成新的自我。
[Abstract]:It is the new requirement that "from the teacher to educator" is the new requirement of the society to the teachers, and the education and scientific research is the bridge of teachers to become educationists. Education and scientific research can promote the promotion of teachers' professional level, make teachers reconstruct their knowledge based on the curriculum and teaching materials in the study, and constantly improve their own teaching practice. The formation of the scientific literacy of teacher education makes the teacher's teaching from the simple knowledge transfer to the cultivation of the students' ability, to stimulate the inner potential and creativity of the teachers and to form a new self.
