大學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)拖延的團(tuán)體干預(yù)療效研究

【摘要】:學(xué)業(yè)拖延作為當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外高校學(xué)生群體中的普遍現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重制約了學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成功。該問題近年來已引起心理、教育學(xué)、甚至社會學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究者的廣泛關(guān)注。但遺憾的是,我國學(xué)界在學(xué)業(yè)拖延研究領(lǐng)域內(nèi),目前尚缺乏較為系統(tǒng)的實(shí)證研究。研究將嘗試引入實(shí)驗(yàn)干預(yù)方法,通過隨機(jī)對照研究,深入探索學(xué)業(yè)拖延的影響因素以及可以調(diào)控拖延水平的療效因子,旨在最終形成針對拖延學(xué)術(shù)個體的有效治療方案。研究對27名存在嚴(yán)重拖延問題的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行為期6周的半結(jié)構(gòu)式團(tuán)體干預(yù)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),團(tuán)體干預(yù)能夠顯著降低大學(xué)生被試的學(xué)業(yè)拖延癥狀,降低干預(yù)組被試的抑郁水平,有效提升被試的自我控制感;團(tuán)體干預(yù)能夠提升大學(xué)生被試的自尊、自我效能感和積極完美主義,在一定程度上降低了被試焦慮和消極完美主義傾向。
[Abstract]:Academic procrastination, as a common phenomenon among college students at home and abroad, seriously restricts students' academic success. In recent years, this issue has attracted extensive attention of researchers in psychology, pedagogy and even sociology. Unfortunately, there is a lack of systematic empirical research in academic procrastination. The study will try to introduce the experimental intervention method, through the randomized controlled study, deeply explore the influencing factors of academic procrastination and the therapeutic effect factors that can regulate the procrastination level, in order to form an effective treatment scheme for the individual procrastinators. A 6-week semi-structured group intervention was conducted on 27 college students with severe procrastination. The study found that group intervention can significantly reduce the students' symptoms of academic procrastination, reduce the depression level of the participants in the intervention group, and effectively enhance the self-control of the participants, group intervention can improve the self-esteem of the college students. Self-efficacy and positive perfectionism reduce anxiety and negative perfectionism to some extent.
