【摘要】：作為社會福利體系最為科學和完善的歐洲國家之一,英國教育制度承襲了英國悠久的教育傳統(tǒng),經過幾百年的沿革,教育制度體系相當完善和復雜,且具有非常大的靈活性和適應性。20世紀末,在"第三條道路"的政治主張下,英國的教育福利事業(yè)不僅沒有式微,反而得到空前的關注與重視。英國政府從教育發(fā)展地位、理念、目標、原則等諸多角度入手,進行大規(guī)模的教育制度變革,變革結果極大地滿足了國家教育發(fā)展需要,兼顧了公平與效率,實現(xiàn)了教育科技引領進步的現(xiàn)實需求。為此,文章以20世紀末英國教育制度變革為歷史背景,理性審視變革取得的成效與不足,以期對我國教育制度改革和發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:As one of the most scientific and perfect European countries with social welfare system, the British education system has inherited the long educational tradition of the United Kingdom. After hundreds of years of evolution, the educational system is quite perfect and complex. And with great flexibility and adaptability. At the end of the 20th century, under the political proposition of "the third way", the cause of education and welfare in Britain not only has not declined, but has received unprecedented attention and attention. The British government carried out a large-scale educational system reform from the perspective of educational development status, ideas, goals, principles and so on. The result of the reform greatly satisfied the needs of the national education development, and gave consideration to fairness and efficiency. Has realized the education science and technology to lead the progress the realistic demand. Therefore, taking the reform of the British educational system at the end of the 20th century as the historical background, the article rationally examines the achievements and shortcomings of the reform in order to benefit the reform and development of the educational system in China.
