【摘要】：隨著信息化時(shí)代的到來,以及現(xiàn)代化教育標(biāo)志數(shù)字化校園的不斷發(fā)展,校園紙質(zhì)檔案的管理面臨著信息技術(shù)變革帶來的巨大挑戰(zhàn),校園檔案是師生活動(dòng)的歷史記錄者,作為信息的載體,它承載著學(xué)校的歷史文化和記憶。然而不少學(xué)校使用的單機(jī)版超星檔案管理系統(tǒng),在一臺(tái)電腦上收集、管理、錄入、利用檔案,工作遲緩,缺乏安全的備份方式等弊端日益突出。鑒于目前學(xué)校檔案信息劇增的前提下,為了管理和利用好校園檔案,提高校園檔案的管理和利用,本人參與了檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建。本文從數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的實(shí)際要求出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)基于數(shù)據(jù)處理的數(shù)字化校園檔案管理系統(tǒng),將學(xué)生的所有檔案數(shù)據(jù)化,存儲(chǔ)到校園服務(wù)中心,防止丟失并方便管理。其目的是通過信息化存儲(chǔ)學(xué)生的個(gè)人檔案的相關(guān)信息,方便管理學(xué)生的個(gè)人檔案。登記相關(guān)信息、借閱歸還檔案、轉(zhuǎn)出檔案和檔案查詢等都是系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)功能。學(xué)生可以在校園服務(wù)中心通過業(yè)務(wù)人員的幫助來了解自己的檔案。搭建了一個(gè)HDFS分布式文件系統(tǒng),部署了HBase分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫,采用Map-Reduce編程模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)基于云計(jì)算模型和數(shù)據(jù)處理的校園檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)。在這個(gè)系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶注冊(cè)和賬戶管理、檔案收集、檔案管理、檢索管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等模塊,具有完善的用戶管理功能,可以提供方便快捷的查詢功能,多種數(shù)據(jù)輸入、管理的手段,可以輔助處理教學(xué)事務(wù)。本論文首先對(duì)教育信息化和數(shù)字化校園的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述,提出了建立檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的必要性,然后給出了檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求分析和設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)各個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方法和所采用的具體技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,并介紹了數(shù)據(jù)處理平臺(tái)的搭建,對(duì)主要功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的測(cè)試,最后對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the information age and the continuous development of the digital campus as the symbol of modern education, the management of the paper archives on campus is facing the enormous challenge brought by the change of information technology. The campus archives are the historical recorder of the activities of teachers and students. As the carrier of information, it carries the history, culture and memory of the school. However, many schools use a single version of the superstar file management system, on a computer to collect, manage, input, use files, slow work, lack of safe backup increasingly prominent. In view of the fact that the school archives information is increasing dramatically at present, in order to manage and utilize the campus archives well and improve the management and utilization of the campus archives, I have participated in the design and construction of the archives information management system. Based on the practical requirements of the construction of digital campus, this paper designs a digital campus archives management system based on data processing, which digitizes all the students' files and stores them to the campus service center so as to prevent the loss and facilitate the management. The purpose is to store the relevant information of students' personal files through information, and to manage students' personal files conveniently. Registering relevant information, borrowing and returning files, transferring files and searching files are all basic functions of the system. Students can learn about their files through the help of business people at the campus service center. An HDFS distributed file system is built and HBase distributed database is deployed. A campus file information management system based on cloud computing model and data processing is implemented by using Map-Reduce programming mode. In this system, user registration and account management, file collection, file management, retrieval management, statistical analysis and other modules are realized. The means of management can assist in handling teaching affairs. This paper firstly expounds the current situation of educational informatization and digital campus, and puts forward the necessity of establishing archival information management system, and then gives the demand analysis and design of archival information management system. The design method and specific technology of each functional module are introduced in detail, the data processing platform is built, the main functional modules are tested in detail, and the further work is prospected.
