論互聯網輿論與國民教育之回歸

【摘要】:教育問題很容易以社會問題的面貌呈現在社會大眾面前飽受議論,而受眾人群的千差萬別會對同一個問題做出不同理解形成各種輿論聲音;ヂ摼W時代讓信息傳播速度加快,人們接收信息的渠道增多,教育相關問題的輿論環(huán)境需要及時、有力、有效的話語引領和通道保障;謴徒逃谋救粻顟B(tài),充分發(fā)揮國民教育發(fā)揚傳統民族文化精神的能力、樹立正確人才觀的能力、滿足學習者個性化教育需求的能力,需借力官方主流輿論的正向引導優(yōu)化輿論環(huán)境、行業(yè)輿論的中轉流通優(yōu)化輿論通道、公眾輿論的漸行漸近優(yōu)化輿論質量。
[Abstract]:Education is easy to be discussed in front of the public with the appearance of social problems, and different audiences will make different understanding of the same issue and form various opinions. In the Internet era, the speed of information dissemination is accelerated, the channels of people receiving information increase, and the public opinion environment of education-related issues needs timely, effective and effective discourse guidance and channel protection. To restore the original state of education, to give full play to the ability of national education to carry forward the spirit of traditional national culture, to set up a correct view of talent, and to meet the needs of individualized education of learners, It is necessary to use the positive guidance of official mainstream public opinion to optimize the public opinion environment, to optimize the channel of public opinion through the transit of industry public opinion, and to gradually optimize the quality of public opinion.
