農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)水平結(jié)構(gòu)的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策——基于甘肅省X縣的調(diào)研

【摘要】:在"后撤點(diǎn)并校時(shí)代",農(nóng)村出現(xiàn)了大量小規(guī)模學(xué)校,其教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)水平結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量直接決定著學(xué)校教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。對(duì)甘肅省X縣的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)水平結(jié)構(gòu)在職稱、學(xué)歷、榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)和學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)等方面均表現(xiàn)出不同程度的失衡態(tài)勢(shì)。解決農(nóng)小校教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)水平結(jié)構(gòu)失衡問(wèn)題,優(yōu)化農(nóng)小校教師隊(duì)伍專業(yè)水平結(jié)構(gòu),需要多方協(xié)調(diào),統(tǒng)籌治理,通過(guò)盤活現(xiàn)有師資,精準(zhǔn)培訓(xùn),提升業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),補(bǔ)充新生力量,注重外部支援實(shí)效等措施提升農(nóng)小校的教育質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In the period of "withdrawal point and school", a large number of small-scale schools appeared in rural areas, and the quality of professional level structure of teachers directly determines the quality of school education and teaching. Based on the investigation of X County in Gansu Province, it is found that the professional level structure of teachers in small scale rural schools shows different degrees of imbalance in terms of title, education, honorary title and discipline structure. To solve the problem of imbalance in the professional level structure of rural primary school teachers and to optimize the professional level structure of rural primary school teachers, we need to coordinate and manage them in a coordinated manner. Through revitalizing the existing teachers, precision training, improving professional quality, and supplementing the new forces, Pay attention to the effect of external support and other measures to improve the quality of rural primary school education.
