【摘要】：目的:了解醫(yī)學(xué)院校2011—2015年新生心理健康狀況及影響因素。方法:采用大學(xué)生人格健康問(wèn)卷(UPI)調(diào)查5年6 567名長(zhǎng)治醫(yī)學(xué)院入學(xué)新生的心理健康狀況。結(jié)果:該院校新生以農(nóng)村學(xué)生為主,城市生源比例明顯增加(從31.17%上升至42.19%,P0.01)。一類(lèi)心理問(wèn)題平均篩出率12.40%,二類(lèi)心理問(wèn)題平均篩出率為23.66%,心理健康水平與全國(guó)其他院校相當(dāng),并逐年提高(P0.01)。該醫(yī)學(xué)院校不同性別、生源地的學(xué)生心理健康總分差異不顯著。入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)明確的學(xué)生UPI問(wèn)卷總分明顯低于入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)不明確的學(xué)生(P0.01),專(zhuān)業(yè)滿意度高的學(xué)生UPI問(wèn)卷總分顯著高于不滿意的學(xué)生(P0.01)。結(jié)論:5年期間,醫(yī)學(xué)院校生源結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生明顯改變,其心理健康水平逐年提高。入學(xué)動(dòng)機(jī)、專(zhuān)業(yè)滿意度是醫(yī)學(xué)院校新生心理健康狀況的重要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status and influencing factors of freshmen in medical colleges and universities from 2011 to 2015. Methods: the mental health status of 6 567 freshmen enrolled in Changzhi Medical College was investigated by UPI. Results: the freshmen were mainly rural students, and the proportion of urban students increased obviously (from 31.17% to 42.19%). The average screening rate of first class psychological problems was 12.40 and that of second class mental problems was 23.66. The level of mental health was similar to that of other colleges and universities in China, and the level of mental health increased year by year (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the total scores of mental health among students of different gender and student origin in this medical college. The total score of UPI questionnaire for students with clear entrance motivation was significantly lower than that for students with unclear motivation, and the total score of UPI questionnaire for students with high major satisfaction was significantly higher than that for students with unsatisfactory motivation. Conclusion: during 5 years, the structure of medical college students changed obviously, and their mental health level improved year by year. Enrollment motivation and major satisfaction are the important factors influencing the mental health status of freshmen in medical colleges and universities.
