【摘要】:觀課議課是課堂教學(xué)的參與者對課堂教學(xué)中共同關(guān)心的現(xiàn)象和問題進行觀察和對話,以期改進課堂教學(xué)、促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的一種教師研修活動。不同的立場有不同的價值觀念、視角取向、思維方式和行為方式,觀課議課的基本立場包括師本立場、實踐立場和致思立場。
[Abstract]:Class observation is a kind of teacher study activity in which participants observe and talk about the phenomena and problems of common concern in classroom teaching in order to improve classroom teaching and promote teachers' professional development. Different positions have different values, visual angle orientation, thinking mode and behavior mode. The basic standpoint of class observation and discussion includes teacher-oriented, practical and thought-provoking.
