【摘要】:觀課議課是課堂教學(xué)的參與者對(duì)課堂教學(xué)中共同關(guān)心的現(xiàn)象和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行觀察和對(duì)話,以期改進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)、促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的一種教師研修活動(dòng)。不同的立場(chǎng)有不同的價(jià)值觀念、視角取向、思維方式和行為方式,觀課議課的基本立場(chǎng)包括師本立場(chǎng)、實(shí)踐立場(chǎng)和致思立場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:Class observation is a kind of teacher study activity in which participants observe and talk about the phenomena and problems of common concern in classroom teaching in order to improve classroom teaching and promote teachers' professional development. Different positions have different values, visual angle orientation, thinking mode and behavior mode. The basic standpoint of class observation and discussion includes teacher-oriented, practical and thought-provoking.
