教師職業(yè)內涵、特征的新闡釋

【摘要】:當前,教師職業(yè)的謀生化傾向越來越重。在對教師職業(yè)的深入解讀后不難發(fā)現(xiàn),教師職業(yè)的本質不是謀生,而是"育人"。從教師職業(yè)實踐的層面看,教育是一種培養(yǎng)人的精神的活動和事業(yè),這也是教師職業(yè)的應遵循的基本原則。從教師職業(yè)權力的層面看,教師職業(yè)的職責在于學生的全面發(fā)展,因此,其權力行使的目標和職責在于學生的全面發(fā)展。從教師職業(yè)的信仰層面看,教師的個人信仰貫穿于整個教育過程,教師職業(yè)的開展過程實際上就是教師堅持信仰的過程。從教師職業(yè)情感層面看,"愛"是教師職業(yè)的靈魂和核心精神。從教師職業(yè)的道德層面看,提升學生的道德素養(yǎng)是教師職業(yè)道德的一種外在的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:At present, the tendency of teachers to earn a living is becoming more and more serious. It is not difficult to find out that the essence of teacher's profession is not to earn a living, but to educate people. From the perspective of teachers' professional practice, education is a kind of activity and cause of cultivating people's spirit, which is also the basic principle that teachers' profession should follow. From the perspective of teachers' professional power, the responsibility of teacher's profession lies in the all-round development of students, so the goal and duty of exercising their power lies in the all-round development of students. From the perspective of teachers' beliefs, teachers' personal beliefs run through the whole process of education, and the process of teachers' professional development is actually the process of teachers' adherence to faith. From the aspect of teachers' professional emotion, love is the soul and core spirit of teacher's profession. From the moral aspect of teachers' profession, improving students' moral accomplishment is an external embodiment of teachers' professional ethics.
