【摘要】：其他國家對于教育信息化政策制訂的方向導向以及先進的教育信息化實踐經(jīng)驗對于我國開展教育信息化建設具有重要的借鑒意義。本文首先匯總和分析世界各國在教育信息化政策制訂方面的主要導向;其次,對各國教育信息化政策的實施落地、基礎設施搭建、師資隊伍培養(yǎng)、學生信息技術能力提升、依托重大項目開展實踐的經(jīng)驗等方面進行總結和提煉;最后,基于調研和分析結果提出未來國際教育信息化的九大趨勢,期望對我國教育信息化政策制定者及相關從業(yè)人員有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Other countries have important reference significance for our country to carry out the construction of educational informatization, which is the direction of formulating educational informatization policy and the advanced practical experience of educational informatization. This paper first summarizes and analyzes the main orientation of the policy making of educational informatization in the world; secondly, the implementation of educational information policy in different countries falls to the ground, the infrastructure is built, the teaching staff is trained, and the students' information technology ability is improved. Finally, based on the results of research and analysis, the author puts forward nine major trends of international education informatization in the future. It is expected to be helpful to the policy makers and relevant practitioners of educational informatization in China.
