【摘要】：STEM領(lǐng)域的人才需求和高等教育的技術(shù)性革新,推動了Udacity的創(chuàng)立與發(fā)展。Udacity以提升學(xué)習(xí)者的實用技能和職業(yè)能力為價值主張,側(cè)重于STEM領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科和實用科學(xué)的教學(xué),形成了具有自身特色的"半開放、小而精"的發(fā)展路徑。在多方參與、協(xié)同合作的基礎(chǔ)上,Udacity創(chuàng)設(shè)了基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的學(xué)位教育模式與職業(yè)教育模式,打造了以"OMSCS與微學(xué)位"為核心資源,同時發(fā)布免費課程,并允許學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換的新型MOOC,但其自身也在質(zhì)量控制和經(jīng)濟模式上面臨著挑戰(zhàn)。對于我國而言,需要借鑒Udacity的先進經(jīng)驗,創(chuàng)建基于MOOC的學(xué)位教育,促進高等教育公平;彰顯職業(yè)教育特色,開辟MOOC發(fā)展新路徑;同時探尋可行的教育實踐模式和質(zhì)量保障模式,以推進中國MOOC的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The demand for talents in STEM field and the technological innovation in higher education have promoted the creation and development of Udacity. Udacity takes the promotion of learners' practical skills and vocational ability as its value proposition, focusing on the teaching of basic subjects and applied sciences in STEM. Formed its own characteristics of the "half-open, small and fine" development path. On the basis of multi-participation and cooperation, Udacity created the Internet-based degree education model and vocational education model, created "OMSCS and micro-degree" as the core resources, and released free courses. The new MOOC, which allows credit conversion, also faces challenges in its own quality control and economic model. For our country, we need to learn from the advanced experience of Udacity, to establish the degree education based on MOOC, to promote the fairness of higher education, to highlight the characteristics of vocational education, to open up a new path for the development of MOOC, and to explore the feasible mode of educational practice and quality assurance. In order to promote the sustainable development of China MOOC.
