【摘要】：云南省A州鄉(xiāng)村教師流失嚴(yán)重一直是制約本區(qū)域教育水平發(fā)展的一個重要因素,在這些流失教師的去向中,有流向公務(wù)員行業(yè)的,有流向其他事業(yè)單位的,也有辭職的。本論文選取在A州不同縣市工作的五位鄉(xiāng)村教師作為個案,運用教育管理學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)和教育學(xué),采用敘事研究的方法分析鄉(xiāng)村教師流向公務(wù)員行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,同時結(jié)合心理學(xué)的知識得出了影響鄉(xiāng)村教師流失的影響因素,在最后形成總結(jié)的同時提出了自己對鄉(xiāng)村教師職業(yè)地位危機的思考,希望能給教育管理者提供一定的幫助和指導(dǎo)。論文共分為五章。第一章是研究的準(zhǔn)備與設(shè)計,主要闡述了研究的緣由和意義、研究方法、研究的主要概念界定、研究的過程與設(shè)計、研究的理論基礎(chǔ)等六個方面;第二章是對云南省A州鄉(xiāng)村教師流向公務(wù)員行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀描述,主要從A州在職教師隊伍現(xiàn)狀和鄉(xiāng)村教師流向公務(wù)員情況做的一個分析,從中相應(yīng)的形成小結(jié);第三章是分別對A州的五位鄉(xiāng)村教師流向公務(wù)員行業(yè)的故事再現(xiàn),這是從眾多案列中選取的最具代表性的流動教師,他們囊括了本研究中所涉及的所有鄉(xiāng)村教師流向公務(wù)員原因,每個案例后都附有小結(jié)。第四章是分別從職業(yè)屬性、鄉(xiāng)村教師的生存現(xiàn)狀兩個大方面來對鄉(xiāng)村教師流向公務(wù)員進(jìn)行剖析。第五章是研究者對教師職業(yè)社會地位危機的一些反思與啟示。
[Abstract]:The serious loss of rural teachers in A Prefecture of Yunnan Province has been an important factor restricting the development of education level in this region. Among these teachers, there are those who go to the civil service industry, some to other institutions, and some to resign. This paper selects five rural teachers working in different counties and cities in state A as a case study, using educational management, educational psychology and pedagogy to analyze the current situation of rural teachers' flow to civil servants by means of narrative research. At the same time, combined with the knowledge of psychology, this paper draws the influencing factors of rural teachers' loss, and puts forward their own thinking on the crisis of rural teachers' professional status while forming a summary at last, hoping to provide some help and guidance to the education administrators. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the preparation and design of the research, mainly elaborated the research reason and the significance, the research method, the research main concept definition, the research process and the design, the research theory foundation and so on six aspects; The second chapter is a description of the current situation of rural teachers flowing to civil servants in A Prefecture of Yunnan Province, mainly from the status quo of in-service teachers and rural teachers to civil servants, and form a summary accordingly; The third chapter reproduces the story of the five rural teachers flowing to the civil service in State A. this is the most representative floating teacher selected from the numerous cases. They included all the rural teachers in this study, with a summary of each case. The fourth chapter analyzes the flow of rural teachers to civil servants from two aspects: professional attributes and the survival status of rural teachers. The fifth chapter is the researcher's reflection and enlightenment to the crisis of teacher's professional social status.
