【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,科技的進(jìn)步,隨之帶來的全球化引起世界范圍內(nèi)思想文化的交流與碰撞,以及國(guó)內(nèi)改革開放以來帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,使得現(xiàn)代社會(huì)價(jià)值觀呈現(xiàn)多元化趨勢(shì)。社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的變遷也使我國(guó)學(xué)校德育遭遇新問題、新挑戰(zhàn)和新矛盾。環(huán)境是人思想道德觀念形成與架構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ),故而現(xiàn)代學(xué)校德育應(yīng)當(dāng)從優(yōu)化德育環(huán)境著手,解決德育問題,提高德育實(shí)效。用生態(tài)世界觀關(guān)照德育,用聯(lián)系論、系統(tǒng)論思考當(dāng)前學(xué)校德育環(huán)境存在的問題具有恰切性。正是由于過去學(xué)校德育環(huán)境生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的斷裂與凝滯造成學(xué)校德育實(shí)效低下。用生態(tài)世界觀審視當(dāng)前學(xué)校德育問題,可發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校德育環(huán)境存在的生態(tài)性危機(jī):學(xué)校德育生態(tài)的斷裂與凝滯;學(xué)校德育的空洞和偽善;學(xué)生個(gè)性的趨同與喪失;師生關(guān)系的對(duì)立與冷漠。究其原因在于固有狹隘德育觀念的誤導(dǎo);學(xué)校內(nèi)外部德育環(huán)境生態(tài)系統(tǒng)聯(lián)系的斷裂;學(xué)校內(nèi)部德育環(huán)境生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的失衡;師生的地位和作用的認(rèn)識(shí)偏差。故而應(yīng)當(dāng)以生態(tài)學(xué)的相關(guān)方法論為指導(dǎo),樹立以人為本、可持續(xù)的德育發(fā)展觀,堅(jiān)持人本性與科學(xué)性相統(tǒng)一的原則、動(dòng)態(tài)性與系統(tǒng)性相統(tǒng)一的原則、歷史性與發(fā)展性相統(tǒng)一的原則。實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)校德育的變革,不僅要變革德育目標(biāo)、德育內(nèi)容、德育方法、德育管理,還應(yīng)完成師生關(guān)系的變革。不僅要構(gòu)建全面協(xié)調(diào)的德育大環(huán)境,還要優(yōu)化協(xié)同共生的學(xué)校德育小環(huán)境,通過整體協(xié)調(diào)與平衡青少年成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境,最終提高學(xué)校德育實(shí)效,實(shí)現(xiàn)青少年完整道德人格的塑造。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the globalization brings about the exchange and collision of ideology and culture in the world, and the economic structure transformation brought about by the reform and opening up in China, which makes the values of modern society present a pluralistic trend. The changes of social politics, economy and culture also make our school moral education encounter new problems, new challenges and new contradictions. The environment is the foundation of the formation and structure of people's ideological and moral concept. Therefore, modern school moral education should start from optimizing the moral education environment, solve the moral education problem, and improve the actual effect of moral education. It is appropriate to consider the problems existing in the current school moral education environment with the ecological world outlook, the relation theory and the system theory. It is because of the breakage and stagnation of the environment ecosystem of school moral education in the past that the effectiveness of school moral education is low. By examining the current problems of school moral education with the ecological world outlook, we can find the ecological crisis in the school moral education environment: the breakage and stagnation of school moral education ecology, the void and hypocrisy of school moral education, the convergence and loss of students' personality; The antagonism and indifference of teacher-student relationship. The reason lies in the misdirection of the inherent narrow moral education concept; the breakage of the relationship between the internal and external moral education environment ecosystem; the imbalance of the school internal moral education environment ecosystem; and the cognitive deviation of the status and role of teachers and students. Therefore, we should take the relevant methodology of ecology as the guidance, set up the view of moral education which is people-oriented and sustainable, adhere to the principle of the unity of human nature and scientific nature, and the principle of dynamic and systematic unity. The principle of the unity of history and development. To realize the reform of school moral education, we should not only change the goal, content, method and management of moral education, but also complete the transformation of teacher-student relationship. It is necessary not only to construct a comprehensive and coordinated environment for moral education, but also to optimize the cooperative and symbiotic small environment of school moral education. Through the overall coordination and balance of the growth environment of young people, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of school moral education and realize the shaping of the complete moral personality of young people.
