農(nóng)村教師技術(shù)感知、自我效能及TPACK的關(guān)系研究——基于SEM的實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:參照技術(shù)感知、自我效能以及TPACK(整合技術(shù)的學(xué)科教學(xué)知識)的相關(guān)量表,設(shè)計了技術(shù)感知、自我效能及TPACK關(guān)系的測量量表,并對河南、山西、甘肅三省的農(nóng)村教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)分析。數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果表明:學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識、技術(shù)知識對TPACK具有直接的正向影響作用,自我效能對學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識、技術(shù)感知具有直接的正向影響作用,學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識對技術(shù)感知具有直接的正向影響作用,技術(shù)感知對技術(shù)知識具有直接的正向影響作用,學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識對TPACK的影響效應(yīng)最大;跀(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,提出了相應(yīng)的農(nóng)村教師TPACK培訓(xùn)建議:以學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識為培養(yǎng)核心,兼顧技術(shù)知識的培養(yǎng);以自我效能為培養(yǎng)關(guān)鍵,增強(qiáng)教師自我效能;以技術(shù)感知為學(xué)科教學(xué)法知識與技術(shù)知識的聯(lián)結(jié)樞紐,改善教師的技術(shù)感知狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Referring to the scale of technical perception, self-efficacy and TPACK (integrated technology teaching knowledge), the measurement scale of technical perception, self-efficacy and TPACK relationship was designed, and the rural teachers in Henan, Shanxi and Gansu provinces were investigated by questionnaire and analysis of structural equation model (SEM). The results of data analysis showed that the subject teaching method was known. Knowledge and technical knowledge have a direct and positive impact on TPACK. Self-efficacy has a direct and positive impact on the knowledge of subject teaching and technology perception. The knowledge of subject teaching has a direct and positive influence on technology perception, and technical knowledge has a direct and positive effect on technical knowledge, and the knowledge of subject teaching method is on the TPA CK has the greatest impact effect. Based on the results of data analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding TPACK training proposals for rural teachers: Taking the knowledge of the subject teaching method as the core, giving consideration to the training of technical knowledge, taking the self-efficacy as the key to the training, enhancing the self-efficacy of the teachers, and improving the connection hub of the knowledge and technical knowledge of science and education, and improving the knowledge of science and technology.
