【摘要】：民間資本參與教育服務(wù)供給能夠更好地滿足經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需要和人民需求,但現(xiàn)實中仍存在諸多障礙束縛民間資本充分釋放活力�，F(xiàn)代治理提倡的公私合作為解決民間資本參與教育現(xiàn)代化進程提供了思路,促進民間資本參與并形成教育服務(wù)供給的公私合作格局將成為重要的教育治理方略。通過機制的創(chuàng)新性構(gòu)建,可以暢通民間資本參與渠道,對沖和化解部分風(fēng)險,同時也能在保障民間資本合理利益的同時保證服務(wù)供給的教育導(dǎo)向。
[Abstract]:Private capital participation in the provision of educational services can better meet the needs of economic and social development and the needs of the people, but in reality there are still many obstacles to fully release the vitality of private capital. Public-private cooperation advocated by modern governance provides a way to solve the problem of non-governmental capital participation in the process of educational modernization. It will become an important educational governance strategy to promote the participation of private capital and form the pattern of public-private cooperation in the supply of educational services. Through the innovative construction of mechanism, private capital participation channels can be unblocked, and some risks can be hedged and resolved. At the same time, the reasonable interests of private capital can be guaranteed while the educational orientation of service supply can be ensured.
