大學生社會拒絕與蓄意自我傷害的關系:一個中介和調節(jié)效應的混合模型

【摘要】:目的:考察大學生群體中社會拒絕與蓄意自我傷害的關系,以及認知靈活性、心理痛苦在兩者關系中的作用。方法:研究采用整群抽樣,選取大學生500名,采用大學生社會排斥問卷、渥太華自我傷害調查表中文版、認知靈活性問卷中文版和自編心理痛苦問卷施測,通過層級回歸分析考察各變量之間的關系。結果:(1)社會拒絕高分組蓄意自我傷害和心理痛苦水平均顯著高于低分組,認知靈活性顯著低于低分組;(2)大學生社會拒絕得分與蓄意自我傷害嘗試、蓄意自我傷害嚴重性均呈顯著正相關;(3)心理痛苦在社會拒絕和自我傷害關系中起顯著的中介作用,同時也受到認知靈活性水平的調節(jié)。結論:大學生群體中的社會拒絕,會通過誘發(fā)被拒絕者的心理痛苦體驗,進而產(chǎn)生蓄意自我傷害行為。高水平的認知靈活性能夠在心理痛苦及其引發(fā)的蓄意自傷之間起到有效的緩沖作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between social rejection and intentional self-harm in college students, as well as the role of cognitive flexibility and psychological pain in the relationship. Methods: a cluster sampling of 500 college students was conducted. The questionnaire of social exclusion, Ottawa self-injury questionnaire, cognitive flexibility questionnaire and self-designed psychological distress questionnaire were used. The relationship between variables was investigated by hierarchical regression analysis. Results: (1) the level of intentional self-harm and psychological pain in the high score group of social rejection was significantly higher than that in the low group, and the cognitive flexibility was significantly lower than that in the low group (2) the scores of social rejection and intentional self-harm attempt of college students were significantly lower than those of the low group. The severity of intentional self-injury was significantly positively correlated (3) psychological pain played a significant intermediary role in the relationship between social rejection and self-harm, and was also regulated by the level of cognitive flexibility. Conclusion: the social rejection in college students can induce psychological pain experience of the rejected people, and then produce intentional self-harm behavior. A high level of cognitive flexibility can serve as an effective buffer between psychological pain and deliberate self-injury.
