【摘要】：正近年來,新加坡的全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力均名列世界前茅,也表明新加坡成功地通過培養(yǎng)21世紀(jì)素養(yǎng)促進(jìn)學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展,提高了國(guó)民的綜合素質(zhì)與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。為應(yīng)對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)、全球化、人口變化與技術(shù)進(jìn)步帶來的挑戰(zhàn),新加坡政府于1997年提出了建設(shè)"思考型學(xué)校與學(xué)習(xí)型民族"的愿景,并提出了"4個(gè)理想的教育成果"目標(biāo)。據(jù)此,新加坡教育部于2010年提出了"21世紀(jì)素養(yǎng)框架"(圖
[Abstract]:In recent years, Singapore ranks first in the world in terms of global competitiveness, which also shows that Singapore has successfully promoted the all-round development of students through the cultivation of 21st century literacy and improved the comprehensive quality and competitiveness of its people. In order to meet the challenges brought by knowledge economy, globalization, population change and technological progress, Singapore government put forward the vision of "thinking school and learning nation" in 1997, and put forward the goal of "four ideal educational achievements". Accordingly, the Ministry of Education of Singapore proposed the 21st Century Literacy Framework in 2010 (Chart)
