數(shù)字時(shí)代高校教師教學(xué)能力測量問卷研究

【摘要】:數(shù)字時(shí)代教師的教學(xué)不再是技術(shù)與教學(xué)方法的簡單疊加,而是一種面向復(fù)雜學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的技術(shù)與教學(xué)融合式的創(chuàng)新。本文在系統(tǒng)分析數(shù)字時(shí)代教師教學(xué)能力測量理論與方法的基礎(chǔ)上,以本研究團(tuán)隊(duì)提出的"數(shù)字時(shí)代高校教師教學(xué)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架"為基礎(chǔ),從ICT融入教學(xué)的意識(shí)、素養(yǎng)、能力和研究等四個(gè)方面開發(fā)了數(shù)字時(shí)代高校教師教學(xué)能力測量問卷;基于試測和樣本數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查,采用探索性和驗(yàn)證性因素分析方法構(gòu)建了"意識(shí)—素養(yǎng)—能力—研究"四維度因子模型,并通過對(duì)1147名樣本教師水平均值的正態(tài)分布檢驗(yàn),證明測量問卷具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)效度;此外,通過進(jìn)一步的信度檢驗(yàn),證明測量問卷具有較高的信度,可以在更大范圍進(jìn)行調(diào)查應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The teaching of teachers in the digital age is no longer a simple superposition of technology and teaching methods, but an innovation of integration of technology and teaching in a complex learning environment. Based on the systematic analysis of the theories and methods of the measurement of teachers' teaching ability in the digital age, this paper, based on the "Standard Framework of Teaching ability of College Teachers in the Digital Age", puts forward by the research team, from the perspective of ICT, into the teaching consciousness and quality. Based on the test and sample data survey, the author has developed a questionnaire for measuring the teaching ability of university teachers in the digital age from four aspects: ability and research. By using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods, a four-dimension factor model of "consciousness, accomplishment, ability and research" was constructed, and the normal distribution of the average value of water of 1147 teachers was tested to prove that the questionnaire had good structural validity. In addition, the further reliability test proves that the questionnaire has higher reliability and can be applied in a wider range.
