【摘要】：社交焦慮是人際情景中產(chǎn)生的尷尬、緊張、恐懼、擔(dān)憂的情緒以及回避的行為反應(yīng)。對(duì)大學(xué)生社交焦慮的研究業(yè)已取得豐富的研究成果,已有研究表明大學(xué)生的成人依戀特征對(duì)其社交焦慮程度有著重要的影響,部分研究還指出了成人依戀通過一些人格特質(zhì)或內(nèi)部變量影響了大學(xué)生的社交焦慮程度,但較少研究考慮大學(xué)生人際交往中的特征在成人依戀對(duì)社交焦慮的影響過程中所起到的作用,幽默風(fēng)格是指幽默使用的個(gè)體差異,本研究選取幽默風(fēng)格這個(gè)具有人際交往內(nèi)涵的變量來研究大學(xué)生成人依戀對(duì)社交焦慮的影響機(jī)制。本研究在復(fù)旦大學(xué)、云南大學(xué)和上海師范大學(xué)等高校分層抽取359名在校大學(xué)生,對(duì)其施測(cè)親密關(guān)系經(jīng)歷量表、幽默風(fēng)格量表和交往焦慮量表,將得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。研究目的:1.研究大學(xué)生的成人依戀、社交焦慮的總體特征;研究大學(xué)生成人依戀、幽默風(fēng)格和社交焦慮在性別與專業(yè)類別等變量上是否存在差異;2.研究大學(xué)生成人依戀、社交焦慮和幽默風(fēng)格三者的相關(guān)關(guān)系;3.研究幽默風(fēng)格在成人依戀對(duì)社交焦慮影響中所起到的中介作用。研究得出以下結(jié)論:1.大學(xué)生成人依戀類型的總體分布情況是:安全型(14.5%)、恐懼型(46.8%)、迷戀型(21.7%)和冷漠型(17.0%);大學(xué)生社交焦慮水平較高(M=52.53,SD=9.35)。2.不同性別學(xué)生在幽默風(fēng)格的三個(gè)維度上差異顯著,男生較女生更多使用嘲諷型、自貶型幽默,更少使用自強(qiáng)型幽默;文科學(xué)生比理科學(xué)生較多使用自強(qiáng)型幽默,較少使用嘲諷型幽默;女生社交焦慮水平顯著高于男生;文科學(xué)生的社交焦慮水平顯著高于理工科學(xué)生。3.依戀回避、依戀焦慮與親和型幽默、自強(qiáng)型幽默呈現(xiàn)顯著的負(fù)相關(guān);依戀回避、依戀焦慮與自貶型幽默、嘲諷型幽默以及社交焦慮顯著正相關(guān);自貶型幽默和社交焦慮之間顯著正相關(guān);親和型、自強(qiáng)型幽默風(fēng)格與社交焦慮顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。4.親和型幽默和自強(qiáng)型幽默在依戀焦慮和依戀回避對(duì)社交焦慮的影響中起部分中介作用。最后還討論了研究結(jié)果的理論意義以及對(duì)學(xué)校心理輔導(dǎo)以及心理咨詢、治療的啟示。
[Abstract]:Social anxiety is the awkward, nervous, fearful, worrying and evasive behavior that occurs in interpersonal situations. The research on social anxiety of college students has made a lot of research results. It has been shown that the adult attachment characteristics of college students have an important impact on the degree of social anxiety. Some studies also show that adult attachment affects the degree of social anxiety of college students through some personality traits or internal variables. However, few studies have considered the effect of college students' interpersonal characteristics on the influence of adult attachment on social anxiety. Humor style refers to the individual differences in the use of humor. In this study, humor style, a variable with interpersonal connotation, was selected to study the influence mechanism of adult attachment on social anxiety of college students. In this study, 359 college students were selected from Fudan University, Yunnan University and Shanghai normal University, and the data were statistically analyzed by applying the intimate relationship experience scale, humor style scale and communication anxiety scale. Objective: 1. To study the general characteristics of adult attachment and social anxiety of college students, and to study whether there are differences in sex and major categories among adult attachment, humor style and social anxiety of college students. To study the relationship among adult attachment, social anxiety and humor style of college students. To study the intermediary role of humor style in adult attachment to social anxiety. The study came to the following conclusion: 1. The general distribution of adult attachment types of college students was as follows: safety type 14.5m, fear type 46.8am, infatuation type 21.7cm) and indifference type 17.00.College students' social anxiety level was higher than 52.53% SD9.350.2. There were significant differences in the three dimensions of humor style between male and female students. Boys used more sarcastic, self-deprecating and less self-reinforcing humor than girls, and liberal arts students used self-reinforcing humor more than science students. The level of social anxiety of female students was significantly higher than that of boys, and the level of social anxiety of liberal arts students was significantly higher than that of science and engineering students. Attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and affinity humor, self-reinforcing humor showed significant negative correlation, attachment avoidance, attachment anxiety and self-deprecation humor, sarcastic humor and social anxiety were positively correlated. There was a significant positive correlation between self-deprecation humor and social anxiety, and a significant negative correlation between affective and self-reinforcing humor style and social anxiety. Affinity humor and self-reinforcing humor play an intermediary role in the influence of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on social anxiety. Finally, the theoretical significance of the results and its implications for school psychological counseling, counseling and treatment are also discussed.
