【摘要】：在生成性思維方式下,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展具有經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成本性。經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成之于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)依賴于教師經(jīng)驗(yàn)的不斷解構(gòu)、重構(gòu)以及共享,其內(nèi)在機(jī)理在于從教育理論與教育實(shí)踐兩方面提升教師的理論素養(yǎng)與實(shí)踐能力。個(gè)體價(jià)值與社會(huì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)、整體生活世界的回歸和經(jīng)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的文化生成構(gòu)成教師經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成的專業(yè)表征,以專業(yè)表征為打造前提和依據(jù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成共同體是教師經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成所追求的理想組織形態(tài)。重視教師經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成的多維研究和改革教師經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成的管理方式是經(jīng)驗(yàn)生成的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展之實(shí)踐策略。
[Abstract]:Under generative thinking mode, teachers' professional development has the nature of experiential generation. The realization of the value of experience in teachers' professional development depends on the continuous deconstruction, reconstruction and sharing of teachers' experience. Its internal mechanism lies in improving teachers' theoretical literacy and practical ability from two aspects: educational theory and educational practice. The realization of individual value and social value, the return of the whole life world and the cultural generation of the experience system constitute the professional representation of the teacher's experience generation. The community of experience generation based on professional representation is the ideal organizational form pursued by teacher's experience generation. Paying attention to the multidimensional research of teachers' experience generation and reforming the management mode of teachers' experience generation are the practical strategies of teachers' professional development.
