【摘要】：教育行政權力越位是當前我國教育領域面臨的一大問題。教育行政權力的行使與教育行政體制特點有著密切的聯(lián)系。從法國教育行政體制的特點來看,中央集權的管理模式會增加權力越界風險,而教育行政體系的相對獨立以及行政隊伍的高素質、專業(yè)化則有利于教育行政權力邊界的守護。解決我國教育行政權邊界守護問題,可通過適當下放權力、增強教育行政體系的獨立性、提高教育行政人員的素質和專業(yè)化水平等方式來實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The offside of educational administrative power is a major problem in the field of education in our country. The exercise of educational administrative power is closely related to the characteristics of educational administrative system. From the point of view of the characteristics of the French educational administrative system, the centralized management mode will increase the risk of power crossing the border, while the relative independence of the educational administrative system and the high quality of the administrative team will be conducive to the protection of the educational administrative power boundary. To solve the problem of guarding the boundary of educational administrative power in our country, we can realize it by properly devolving power, strengthening the independence of educational administrative system, improving the quality and specialization of educational administrative personnel, and so on.
