美國(guó)教育智庫(kù)的發(fā)展演變及特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代意義上的教育智庫(kù)20世紀(jì)初期在美國(guó)開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)時(shí)發(fā)展緩慢,二戰(zhàn)之后進(jìn)入了發(fā)展的繁榮期。美國(guó)教育智庫(kù)21世紀(jì)初表現(xiàn)出向策略庫(kù)、行動(dòng)庫(kù)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)庫(kù)演變的趨勢(shì)。美國(guó)教育智庫(kù)呈現(xiàn)出打造特色、追求善治、建知識(shí)庫(kù)、培育人才、值得信賴(lài)、重視銷(xiāo)售六個(gè)"術(shù)"之層面的特點(diǎn)可為中國(guó)新型高端教育智庫(kù)培育借鑒,而美國(guó)教育智庫(kù)的"道"之本質(zhì)是為美國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)辯護(hù)和傳播服務(wù)的。
[Abstract]:In the early 20th century, the educational think-tank in the modern sense developed slowly when it began to appear in the United States, and it entered a prosperous period after World War II. At the beginning of the 21st century, American educational think-tanks showed a tendency to evolve into strategic, action and network pools. American educational think tanks have the characteristics of creating characteristics, pursuing good governance, building knowledge base, cultivating talents, and are worthy of trust. The characteristics of attaching importance to the sale of six levels of "skill" can be used for reference by the new type of high-end education think tanks in China. The essence of "Tao" of American educational think-tank is to defend and spread American ideology.
