浙江省留守兒童生存質(zhì)量與影響因素調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:目的:對(duì)比留守兒童與非留守兒童生存質(zhì)量,探索影響留守兒童生存質(zhì)量的影響因素。方法:利用兒童生存質(zhì)量量表(Peds QL4.0)中文版對(duì)1040名兒童進(jìn)行橫截面問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)留守兒童與非留守兒童生理、情感、社會(huì)、角色(學(xué)校表現(xiàn))4個(gè)方面功能及生存質(zhì)量總分;利用多元線性回歸分析影響留守兒童生存質(zhì)量的各因素。結(jié)果:留守兒童在生存質(zhì)量總分、生理、情感、社會(huì)和角色(學(xué)校表現(xiàn))方面的分值顯著低于非留守兒童(P=0.000);父母關(guān)愛程度、留守時(shí)間、母親文化程度、學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)和家庭月收入5個(gè)變量是影響留守兒童的生存質(zhì)量的主要因素(P=0.000)。結(jié)論:留守兒童生存質(zhì)量較低,對(duì)于影響留守兒童生存質(zhì)量的各因素應(yīng)給予充分關(guān)注,社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭應(yīng)該高度重視,有效應(yīng)對(duì),努力提高其生存質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the quality of life between left-behind children and non-left-behind children, and to explore the influencing factors of left-behind children's quality of life. Methods: 1040 children were investigated by Chinese version of Peds QL 4.0. The total scores of physiological, emotional, social and role (school performance) functions and quality of life (QOL) of left-behind children and non-left-behind children were evaluated, and the factors influencing the quality of life of left-behind children were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results: the scores of total quality of life, physiological, emotional, social and role (school performance) of left-behind children were significantly lower than those of non-left-behind children (P0. 000). Five variables, academic achievement and monthly family income, were the main factors affecting the quality of life of children left behind. Conclusion: the quality of life of left-behind children is low. The factors that affect the quality of life of left-behind children should be paid more attention to. Society, school and family should attach great importance to it, deal with it effectively and strive to improve their quality of life.
