從創(chuàng)新到創(chuàng)業(yè):美國(guó)高校創(chuàng)客空間建設(shè)模式及啟示

【摘要】:創(chuàng)客空間是"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"時(shí)代高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要載體。該文綜合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),系統(tǒng)分析了美國(guó)高校創(chuàng)客空間發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,歸納了創(chuàng)客空間建設(shè)的四種典型模式,包括開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室、社區(qū)整合、圖書館創(chuàng)建、校企合作等;作為一個(gè)開放創(chuàng)新的共享空間,創(chuàng)客空間本質(zhì)上承載著提供創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)意實(shí)現(xiàn)與轉(zhuǎn)化的功能,支撐著高校創(chuàng)客教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的展開。國(guó)內(nèi)高校應(yīng)該結(jié)合高等教育發(fā)展新訴求,整合內(nèi)外資源,因地制宜創(chuàng)建高校創(chuàng)客空間,銜接專業(yè)教育,開展跨界式的創(chuàng)客教育,支撐創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,提供一體化的創(chuàng)客服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The creation space is an important carrier for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities in the era of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". In this paper, the author systematically analyzes the current situation of the development of the creative space in American colleges and universities, and sums up four typical models of the construction of the space, including open laboratory, community integration, library establishment, and cooperation between schools and enterprises. As an open and innovative shared space, the creative space is essentially carrying the function of providing the realization and transformation of innovative ideas, and supporting the development of college guest education and entrepreneurship education. The domestic colleges and universities should combine the new demands of higher education development, integrate the internal and external resources, establish the space of creating guests in colleges and universities according to the local conditions, link up the professional education, carry out the cross-border education of creating clients, support the education of entrepreneurship, and provide the integrated services of creating clients.
